Very vibrant hotel! Much lobby, Coppin bar area, activities with weddings and proms. Our room was spacious, well appointed with contemporary updates which added to comfortable living.
Highly recommend for any visit to Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky area. Convenient parking, easy access to hotel. Will make this our “go to” when visiting family and friends in the area.
The hotel staff was amazing! Every question was answered & every ask was met with kindness. The people here are true problem solvers & so helpful. Special shoutout to Tom who dealt with many crazy requests as we were dealing with logistical challenges & a lost wallet. Very thankful we stayed here!!
It’s difficult to rate this hotel. The accommodations are nice. Clean room. Comfortable space. Nice looking lobby. Good bistro. The problem is the train that runs right past the hotel. I could see if from my room. As trains go, it’s a quiet train. But it is still a train and it woke me up multiple times through the night. I’m not sure if other parts of the hotel are free from train noise.
On Monday, September 26 my family & I took a trip to Newport and used the free transportation (bus 67). Upon leaving the bus I discovered my cell phone missing. The lady inside at the counter went above and beyond to assist me. I cannot express my gratitude to her. I even gave her a hug. She was spectacular
ผผู้เข้าพักMy daughter and I took this room because we were in town for a Garth Brooks concert. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and only dropped our duffle bag in the room. The Garth Brooks concert had a rain delay, and we had sat on the Paul Brown Stadium field from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. when they evacuated us to the concourse for the next hour. We decided to leave the concert venue. When we arrived back to the hotel, the Assistant Manager told us all he could do was credit us 20% + the $50 gift card which we never received upon check-in anyway. He suggested we wait until Monday to call the General Manager because they could resell the room, and the assistant manager could give us full credit. Today, I called the General Manager because he of course never called me. He told me no when I requested a refund and that he would only refund the $50. The room was $525.50, and we never used the room. The assistant manager even confirmed we had not touched anything in the room. I guess I should have went for the first offer with the Assistant manager. At least it would have been $150 refund. I would understand having to pay except for the fact that the entire city was sold out, and they gave the room to someone else. WRONG!
