Almost a perfect stay. Really satisfied by service, welcome service, shuttle service, room service.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast is kinda basic but acceptable. Shuttle from JFK is easily filled so most of the time will need to wait for a second one which is not good enough, considering most travelers are tired and want to check ASAP. Room prices are ridiculous but it's the general norm for any hotels near JFK.

Frontline staff were friendly. The location was just 10 mins to Airport with free shuttle bus service. Breakfast were standard American style.

It is very convenient and good. We had a free shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. All the staff are nice and helpful.

I was unwell when I touched down JFK airport at 6am in the cold winter. The hotel staff gave me a wonderful surprise! They allow us to have an early check in. I was so grateful for that. I was able to take a good rest after the shower. I felt so much better. Thank you for the great effort and your hotel staffs were awesome!

Shuttle service from airport to hotel is not available and not clear which is what most people needed, email was not replied and must call hotel for the info.

A great place to stay if you’re transferring at JFK Airport!

Hotel rather pricey, AC was not working in my room but they were nice enough to move me to another room.

Really great place to stay since it is close to the airport (there's a free shuttle). Clean and comfy rooms. Services from the hotel staff were top notch. Would like to thank Kevin at the front desk, especially for being really welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Really cool person! The hotel is a little far from the main city if you're visiting NYC for the touristy things, but it's alright since the bus and subway services are pretty much accessible everywhere, you just need to navigate a little. The neighbourhoods nearby have lots of little stores and cafes too.

The beds were very comfortable and located a quick ride to airport.
