แมลงสาบ!!!! ห้องที่เต็มไปด้วยแมลงสาบ ประตูห้องน้ำจะไม่ปิดหรือล็อค ตู้เย็นจะไม่ปิดจนกว่าคุณจะยึดกับบางสิ่ง เราพักอยู่ 4 วัน และไม่เคยได้รับบริการรูมเซอร์วิสทำความสะอาดเลย เราถามที่แผนกต้อนรับหลายครั้ง พนักงานบอกว่ามันถูกทำเครื่องหมายว่าทำความสะอาดแล้วและไม่ได้ เมื่อขอผ้าเช็ดตัว พนักงานก็ร้อนรนว่าต้องไปห้องซักรีดแล้วคว้ามาเอง พื้นที่ใกล้เคียงและค่อนข้างดี โดยรวมแล้วจะไม่มาพักที่นี่หรือแนะนำเลย สถานที่แห่งนี้น่าขยะแขยงและพนักงานไม่สนใจเลย

there are a lot of people outside smoking and apart from that the hotel smells like a lot of ********* and more because I was with a 4-year-old boy and apart from that I saw cockroaches

I drove 4 hrs to the hotel for them to cancel my reservations with out calling to ask if i was comming and when i arrived he wanted me to sleep in my car and check in next day at 3 pm

They can do a little better than what it is, people running in and out, and they were noisy as hell, the ice machine was broken, you had to pick out your own ice,, but the place and rooms were cleaned. That’s about all.

There was no showerhead in the bathroom!!!!!! And the water in the shower didn't get hot!!!! In December I had to take a cool shower with water just spitting at me from the wall. Very disappointed,then was told no room available to switch. Other than that the room was super clean, smelled good bed and sheets comfortable. I would go back but will check room 1st before accepting it.
