Found a screw on the carpet of my room, stepped on it accidentally and it not something that I was expecting of a Sheraton hotel. Aren’t these rooms vacuumed? Shameful!

Never staying at this location. Absolute madness.. takes forver to get out od one block.

It is a very good hotel which is located on perfect areas. Services are good and front desk staff are very friendly and professional.

Perfect Location with excellent room conditions

Cost a little more than others but the service and convenience are unbeatable. Stayed three nights. Walking to restaurants, shop and subway.

The location is extremely convenient and you can even be able to find a restaurant still open at 3:00 midnight. The staff is friendly and always cares about me as a traveller. The cleaning lady, porter, and the shuttle driver are all great people and serve with passion. The best thing is I can bring in outside food and enjoy it at the lobby while waiting for my airport shuttle without a hassle. Great hotel, would definitely stay again and recommend friends.

Nicely placed one amongst Chinese food joints

Great location for staying in Flushing but the general facilities need to be upgraded soon!( such elevators to guests floors and parking lot!

Good for departure from La Guardia

A wired smell in the room on Club floor. Hurt our throat very much！ Windows cannot be open. Ask for room service help. No good idea but open the door to get fresh air 😅🥹 Front desk staff had nice attitude and asked how’s everything when checkout…😂😂

Located at the heart of Flushing. Many chinese restaurant nearby. Free airport transfer to LGA is a plus point. Price reasonable and will stay there again on my next trip.
