ทำเลสะดวก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกใช้ได้ แต่ไม่มีที่จอดรถ โรงแรมแนะนำที่จอดรถที่ไกลกว่าที่จอดรถใกล้เคียงบางแห่งในราคาใกล้เคียงกัน คำแนะนำแปลกๆ ควรใส่ใจเป็นพิเศษกับอาหารเช้าที่รวมอยู่ในราคาด้วย โรงแรมมีคูปองอาหารเช้าซึ่งทำให้คนคิดว่าอาหารเช้าน่าจะพอใช้ได้ แต่จริงๆ แล้วคูปองมีน้ำผลไม้ ผลไม้ ขนมอบ และชา/กาแฟให้ด้วย แม้แต่ไข่ก็ไม่มี... อาหารเช้าน่าผิดหวังจริงๆ

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บน Seventh Avenue และ 26th Street โรงแรมใจกลางเมืองโดยทั่วไปจะมีห้องเล็กๆ พอเปิดออก จะวางกระเป๋าเดินทางได้เท่านั้น ที่จอดรถในบริเวณใกล้เคียง คืนละ 30 เหรียญสหรัฐ สะดวกมาก เพื่อเดินทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวโดยรอบและรับประทานอาหารเช้า!

การบริการแย่มาก ในห้องไม่มีแชมพู หรือเจลอาบน้ำ พอไปขอที่แผนกต้อนรับก็พบกับสีหน้ารังเกียจ แผนกต้อนรับไม่มีป้ายทำงาน บ่นไม่ได้ . เป็นการพักที่แย่มาก

การบริการในโรงแรมนี้ห่วยจริง ๆ พนักงานต้อนรับก็ใจร้ายมาก ฉันไม่รู้ว่าพวกเขาเป็นพวกเอเชียที่เลือกปฏิบัติกับเราหรือเปล่า และถึงแม้ฉันจะรู้วัฒนธรรมผู้บริโภคชาวอเมริกัน แต่ฉันรู้สึกเหมือนปล่อยให้พวกเขาชินกับมัน ตอนนี้ พวกเขาจะไม่ช่วยคุณถ้าคุณไม่ให้คำแนะนำเพิ่มเติม คำถาม? ? ? ในฐานะคนที่เดินทางไปทำธุรกิจในต่างประเทศในเวลานั้น ฉันรู้สึกได้ถึงความรู้สึกที่ทนไม่ได้เมื่ออยู่ต่างประเทศจริงๆ! นี่คือความรู้สึกที่โรงแรมนี้มอบให้ เพื่อนชาวมาเลเซีย มาพักในโรงแรมสองดาวใกล้ๆ ที่มีทัศนคติที่ดีกว่านี้ จะไม่มาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

excelent location and very good services

It’s basic but the location is quite good, one thing to note there is no bottles of water in the room, make sure to get it yourself. The bar downstairs could be loud if you stays in the lower floor.

Very good hotel location. It is away from the main time square area but very walkable. It is also very close to Penn station which means if you have luggage is it a walkable distance to the hotel. Front desk was very helpful in recommendation of places to eat and how to travel to locations. Hotel was clean and organized , had water refill station and gave free water upon check in. Rooms were well sized and clean

The location is very convenient, and the service is good.

We book a room with city view But the view was just for construction of the building in front. The complimentary water bottles were provided on 2 day not at the check in and that’s also on request. The rooms are a bit old and so does the washrooms. No room service. The house keeping staff was very nice and understanding.

Walls are pretty thin. We could hear people showering when out in the hallway. Room seems to be newly re-furbished and we had a great experience overall

The first impression after walked in was like “welcome back home!” Marrisa has been one of the most exceptional front desk woman I’ve ever met. Always smiling, always keeping high the mood and always ready to suggest the best experience or give the help u need. The hotel is located in a great position, you can walk everywhere from there.
