The grounds and ****** were very nice. However, the music in the ****** was just a bit too loud. Heard someone else complain about that too. The hotel room was quiet, spotless, and absolutely beautiful. Nice touches all around.

The most elegant venue with an exquisite view in New Mexico. We visited for a birthday celebration and had an amazing experience. Venue rated 5 of 5, service 5 of 5 and food 4.5 of 5. Amazing place - make sure you try it out. There is a bar lounge attached to restaurant with similar views. $$$ but well worth it.

Really can’t say enough good about the Bien Shur fine dining restaurant. Never fails to impress. New chef (Chef Sean) and new server (Brian) both impressive. Really enjoyed the new menu. Manager Kim ensures the experience is always top notch

I just want to give a huge shoutout to Yvonne at the front desk. I’m here for a family illness and she was so empathetic and understanding over the phone when I booked my reservation. As luck would have it, I got to meet her in person when I checked in. Yet again, she personified exemplary customer service and genuine kindness. As far as the resort, I’ve only just checked in but the rooms are spotless and luxurious. Love the tub and spacious shower as well!

Bien Shir was fantastic. Ordered the special Rack of Lamb that was tender and delicious. Others at the table Ordered the duck and lollipop that were equally as amazing. The appetizers and dessert were decadent. Highly recommend the lime/pistachio pie. The old fashion was smooth and satisfying. Special thanks to Chef Shawn, Server Brian and manager Kim. I will be back often.

We had great food & EXCELLENT service at the golf center. We also had awful service at the Tlur Pa Lounge. Nothing like a bartender with a horrible attitude to ruin a celebratory night. Otherwise rooms are great and the place is clean. Hotel is on the far north end of town not really near anything else. We were stuck there for a conference, not there by choice. I would stay and play elsewhere.

Matthew G. Is great front guest. He is the best person I have ever worked with at any hotel including Las Vegas Hotels. He makes me want to come back to Sandia. He should be rewarded! He also is very knowledgeable of all services. He has a great, great, personality!

It all started at the check in for me! Yvonne and Hester treated me like royalty. I was late checking in and their greeting gave me a burst of energy. Everything from the service, the cleanliness of the hotel, to our room, was all first class. I highly recommend the Sandia and will be returning again! Overall, excellent experience.
