โรงแรมที่แตกต่างอย่างสิ้นเชิง พร้อมรูปภาพจาก Trip.com ที่ให้มา แทบจะเรียกว่า scem เลย

Clean enough and room clean and spacious. But the location inside small road with difficult access and bare minimum facilities make this an awkward choice. Passable for a transit. Good food though.

โรงแรมแห่งนี้โฆษณาว่าเป็นโรงแรม 4 ดาวบน Google (ดูภาพหน้าจอด้านล่าง) แต่ไม่ใช่ (ดูข้อเสียด้านล่าง) ข้อดี: - ห้องพักสะอาด - อาหารดีที่ห้องอาหารของโรงแรม - ตู้เย็นในห้อง ข้อเสีย: - น้ำอุ่นสำหรับอาบน้ำใช้ได้แค่ 10 นาทีใน 2 วันที่เราเข้าพัก - โทรศัพท์ในห้องไม่ทำงาน - เครื่องปรับอากาศและทีวีในห้องไม่ทำงาน เราพยายามสื่อสารเรื่องนี้กับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่แผนกต้อนรับ แต่ภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอุปสรรคทางภาษา - ห้องอาหารของโรงแรมไม่มีเครื่องดื่มธรรมดาๆ เช่น น้ำอัดลม/น้ำอัดลม/โซดา น้ำแข็ง หรือเกลือ - โรงแรมระบุว่ามีศูนย์ออกกำลังกายบนเว็บไซต์อื่น (ดูภาพหน้าจอด้านล่าง); อย่างไรก็ตาม เจ้าหน้าที่ที่แผนกต้อนรับชี้แจงกับฉันว่าไม่มีศูนย์ออกกำลังกายในโรงแรม - โรงแรมระบุว่ามีแผนกต้อนรับตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ซึ่งไม่เป็นความจริง เพราะเมื่อฉันไปที่แผนกต้อนรับตอนตี 2 ไม่มีใครอยู่เลย โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นโรงแรมระดับ 2.5 ดาวจริงๆ - การเรียกว่าเป็น 3 ดาวคงดูจะเกินไปหน่อย

รีวิวของ Google น่าจะเป็นของปลอม บริการแย่มาก เจ้าหน้าที่ที่เช็คอินไม่เป็นมิตรเลย อินเทอร์เน็ตของเราแย่มาก ทำให้ใช้งานไม่ได้ เรียกเก็บเงินเพิ่ม 1,000 รูปีสำหรับอินเทอร์เน็ตที่ดีกว่า แต่ก็ใช้งานไม่ได้เช่นกัน ประสบการณ์แย่ๆ

โรงแรมดูดี ห้องพักดีและสะอาด แต่ประสบการณ์การบริการลูกค้าแย่มาก พนักงานต้อนรับหยาบคายมาก พูดจาไม่สุภาพ ตะโกนเสียงดังและไม่รู้จักฟัง

Excellent place to stay very clean and well behaved staffs. Made the stay very comfertable. Secially Surender, Anil and Lakhsmi were excellent in housekeeping and providing all support during my stay to make it very comfertable. Thanks to the team, will always recommended this hotel for stay.

Love the atmosphere of Spring restaurant. All the way from Odisha. Meet some lovely professionals Abhishek and Rupesh . They are just outstanding in basis of service. I make sure I will definitely come back again and meet those lovely people. Cheers guys

The service was great, gym would have made the experience absolutely perfect but overall the service was great, rooms were clean and food was nice! Location is perfect near CP and theu don't bother your guests too much, so yeah well recommended.

Very warm ambience lively music and lighting the hostess Rainae was professional the staff anant alvin Subhash and brijesh suggested great options from the menu the food was excellent thanks to chef puran and his team. Lived the mocktails too and the Mr Susham was very hospitable

The cleaning was done by Miss Pinky and it was very nice. She interacted with us and made us feel good. Very good service. House keeping staff Miss Pinky. She made our room in a very hygienic way and loved her. Loundary service was good. Everything was well done

View of the room was excellent and excellent services provided . Bed’s are king sized and was most comfortable with kids. Room services were excellent. All essentials are provided in the room itself. At last great experience with Roseate.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very welcoming, Shalini at the reception is very helpful and kind ..The other staff members treat you like a family and are very warm towards you ...would recommend this hotel ..The cleanliness of the room is very well maintained ..thanks to the staff to make my stay comfortable.

Very very very nice. I think the breakfast is really tasty and variety is very nice. The service was amazing and food is fresh and hot. Eggs and tea were made on the spot and fast. Hotel room was also clean and very elegant. I think overall I had a wonderful stay here

It was nice service in Devnture hotel and soecially for Rakesh and Nishant as they were continue with my staff to provide best and best services. And the behaviour they have delivered with us which is very appreciable and remarkable. Thanks so much
