I stayed there whilst visiting Dusseldorf for a convention. The room had a lot of space and was clean and quiet. The staff were polite and the location was outside of the center but not too far away, will probably go back again if the convention is happening again

Services is great, have indoor swimming pool, breakfast is delicious .It is Sunday when we arrive, it’s better you drive to restaurants cause there’s not too many restaurants open nearby

Good, although the private parking was expensive. I would have expected a free parking at night for the guests, if the street is free too They did have a possibility to take your breakfast with you if you needed to leave earlier than breakfast time.

When I was by the lobby, I noticed very strong smell out the kitchen. I didn’t like it. The room was big enough to have a pleasant stay. Was also clean.

The hotel has great views of the river. And it’s accessible to the riverside. Behind the hotel has a mall for daily routine shopping. Everything is fine, hotel staffs are nice!

The room was not very clean, I paid extra for queen bed and find out that they fixed 2 small single beds together

It’s not in the downtown, but just along the Rhein river. There are Chinese restaurants and supermarket in the surroundings. Great.

Overall the trip was good. We visited out of season so the hotel was fairly quiet. stayed for 5 nights. Like a few reviewers have commented, we booked a queen/ double bed and upon arrival to our room discovered we'd been given the key to a twin room ( two single beds) however upon being informed of the error by my husband, we were quickly moved to another room that was spacious and had the most comfortable bed that I've slept in, in a long time. Parking wise, because it was out of season we were able to find on street parking with no issue and public transport was easy enough to access near by. We got the train into Dusseldorf and Koln during out visit. The gym is basic but enough if you want a quick workout and the pool is a reasonable size, you just have to watch out for other guests who think it's appropriate to take their phones poolside. The sauna has hot coals and was nice and hot, but the lockers in the ladies changing rooms didn't want to lock and one ate my coins. Food in the restaurant was nicely done but drinks in the bar a little pricey ( but I think most hotels are like that).

Usually Crowne Plaza is quite a bit more modern and updated. Staff seems inexperienced and not trained for 4+ stars, somewhat rude and takes very long to check in… Rooms are size wise good, bathroom on the old side but clean. Overall I would recommend staying in Dusseldorf itself, as this is quite far for a city visit traveller.

Nothing special. Needs renovation. Cannot adjust aircon. Why 24 eur for carpark.

Nice room and good service. Not many kind of food in cafe / restaurant. Breakfast is with many difference chooses.
