The Panorama Negombo

Arrive late, and was shown to a room that looked nothing like the one we booked with a comment from owner “ that she couldn’t be bothered going up to the next level of stairs to the room we had booked cause it was late” room was ok, no tea and coffee facilities in room that was noted on booking confirmation, bathroom dirty run down and disgusting, bed was clean and comfy though, pool was also run down but clean, kitchen where breakfast was served was disgustingly dirty and unhygienic. Unfortunately we wouldn’t stay here again.

We booked this hotel for a few days after our flights home were cancelled due to the conflict in the Middle East, and I can’t praise the lovely people who own it highly enough. They were so welcoming and just wanted to make sure they were helping as many people as they could. We weren’t sure how many nights we would need to stay, and they were as flexible as they could be with our booking. They also checked in with us each day to see if we were okay and ask if we had found a way home yet. It felt like such a stressful time for us and their kindness really went a long way. Aside from this, the room we had for three nights was comfortable and clean, and the Indian restaurant served incredible food. It was really close to the centre of Negombo too - there were lots of shops, bars and restaurant just a couple of minutes’ walk away. We would definitely return if we were to come back to Negombo, and we would like to extend our thanks again for helping us to feel a little less anxious as we awaited news on our journey home. We won’t forget it. ❤️

We’ve stayed here twice now, and the service and quality is fabulous. For the money it doesn’t get better. It’s also nice and quiet with very comfy beds and bed linen. They have great breakfasts and an Indian restaurant which is lovely too. Thanks guys.

Petit hôtel très agréable ,niché dans la verdure et à quelques pas du centre ville Le patron est au petit soin pour ces hôtes .personnel très accueillant . Pour mon plus grand plaisir , l’hôtel dispose d’une piscine . Je recommande cette adresse pour une parenthèse enchantée

Bonne adresse à Negombo apres un long vol. Accueil impeccable, chambres propres et en bon état et piscine accueillante. Le propriétaire, Manoj Singh, nous a donné d’excellents conseils pour la suite de notre voyage. Il a beaucoup voyagé avant de tenir l’hôtel donc son avis est neutre et objectif. Je recommande.

Ho soggiornato la Notte del 27/1/24 in arrivo dall'Italia. L'Hotel è decente, camera spaziosa, con due letti matrimoniali (eravamo in 3), ambiente discreto, pulito, ma non particolarmente memorabile. Colazione discreta. La posizione è buona, vicina alla spiaggia. Non so quanto costi, perchè il viaggio in Sri Lanka lo ha organizzato una agenzia di quel paese. Devo dire che è stata la struttura meno apprezzata di tutto il giro, non per particolari difetti intrinsechi, quanto perchè le altre strutture sono state tutte migliori di questa

Très bon hôtel si vous êtes de passage pour une nuit à Negombo. Le personnel est très agréable, serviable. Petit déjeuner simple mais personnalisé. proche du centre ville. Les chambres sont bien, grandes, propres. proche de la plage, de restaurants.
