The food at both the Locanda restaurant and the Zafaran breakfast restaurant was outstanding. I would like to extend special thanks to the receptionist who welcomed us warmly and professionally, as well as the Locanda restaurant staff. A particular mention goes to Aala, the restaurant manager, Nirdin, our attentive waitress, and the shift manager, along with the entire team, who orchestrated an impeccable event for us. A heartfelt thank you to Hanin for organizing the rooms and to Rami, the hotel’s food and beverage manager, whose professionalism shone throughout. We could not have asked for a better experience."

One feels the warmth and real concern for each guest. The staff went the extra mile to make us feel so at home, and we felt so at home. It was raining and the owner offered to drive us to our restuarant, where she had made us a dinner reservation. The rooms were spotless, the linens and towels were impeccable, with attention to every fine detail. It was perfect for our stay and we would definitley go again.
