We stayed at the Grand Hyatt for 5 nights. We loved the choice of restaurants, pools, shops, the stunning beach (definitely opt for a sea view room!)
The resort is huge. But then it’s balanced out by lots of choice. A few niggles eg. Charging extra for beds next to the pool - these were often left empty (as were all the cabanas) so felt like a waste. They high daily resort fee should cover these costs. Or just have all beds the same good quality?!
The room was lovely, spacious and clean. Just missed things like… a sanitary bin by the toilet, amenities beyond shampoo and soap, no cosmetic removal pads, no spare toilet roll. No notepad and pen even - just basic amenities you’d expect in a standard resort, let alone a high end one.
All in all, it’s a fab place for couples, families with all ages of kids, it’s great for hosting work conventions - they racially have it all, all in beautiful surroundings!

Beautiful location and resort. Pools were great. Reservations for restaurants are highly recommended, especially dinner. Service is a bit slow. Very expensive. Amenities are nice.

The day we arrived the bell man took us to our room #1558 and there was a black pail with vomit it. We thought he would take care of it but that didn’t happen. The next day we spoke to a woman in a blue suit with an employee tag on and she said she would take care of it. Later came back to the room and it was still there. I called housekeeping and said that it would be taken care of. That did not happen. I went down to the front desk and spoke to a very nice young woman and she called housekeeping and told them the situation and when I got back from the pool, it was finally done. Btw this took three days to get resolved.
The ice machine was broken so I had to go up to the 16th floor to get ice. I called room service to deliver some ice but they never came. I had to get ice the entire time I was there.
Won’t be coming back….spent way too much money on the level of service that was supposed to be first class. So very disappointed.

This was our second time to staying at Baha mar and not happy at all.
We asked to leave a crib before our arrival, also when we checked in remind them to bring a crib.
At 6:30 pm I had to call the room service to tell them again to bring a crib as my son had to sleep.
I got it at 7:30pm and surprisingly I got charged for 2 times service fee $21.78
And mini bar which we never used it
Basically $55 for nothing and don’t appreciate it.
Please check the invoice before leaving the hotel
衞生一般,環境一般,吃的更是又貴又不好吃,而且大多評論是真實的,裏面服務人員真的等於沒有服務,我之前以為巴哈馬都那樣,但出去downtown玩一圈發現就是酒店裡的這樣,而且的確✅白人比較友好。noodle吧巨難吃,pizza lab和對面的自助還行。 Marcus 裏那個魚好吃特別鮮,泳池沙灘都還行…
