This is by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed in completely dirty rooms were not clean dirty towels cigarette burns on the bedding sink was filthy the whole building was filthy I would not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel

The worst place I have ever attempted to stay at. I checked in and the manager was very rude, telling me their system was down and he couldn’t check me in but as a favor would let me in my room just once. I got to the room, the floor is completely stained with who knows what, bedspread is burned and stained, sheet under it is stained with someone’s blood. I left and went to another hotel, manager was even ruder when I came down to show him this. DO NOT STAY HERE THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTE GARBAGE. CHECK OUT THE PICTURES

For the price of the hotel it was good. It's hard to find a hotel to can smoke in and they have smoking rooms. The front desk people were very pleasant.

Could not stay in room due to bugs and the heater not working ended up sleeping in car

It was alright ( nothing special) just needed a place to come out the cold

ended up staying somewhere else. couldn’t do it.

Had to call the police and make a report on some guy that was peeping through the crack of the door recording with his phone. From the day that I checked in and the morning that I checked out

Not the best part of town. The room was ok but could have been cleaner. Only half a roll of toilet paper. Even being a smoking room there was a oder that was unusual about it. It's ok just to come in and sleep shower etc etc

Absolutely disgusting and unsafe.

Upon checkin, the clerk actively tried to discourage me from checking in. He made me incredibly uncomfortable. We were there for a concert at Nissan Stadium and needed to leave early the next day, so I didn’t need or expect luxury, but come on. The bathroom door didn’t close at all. It’s put on wrong. There was no shampoo, just hand soap. It was quiet and functional but I’m just so weirded out by the way the clerk acted when we arrived. Also I didn’t know but this is not a great area of town. You get what you pay for.

I had received a statement from ********** to be checked by 2pm or my reservation would be canceled. When I arrived at the hotel the man working said i couldn't check in till 3 and all the rooms had been booked. I came back closer to 2pm and i did get checked. Before he would let me check in i was told i had to inspect the room i was staying in. We checked the room everything looked OK except the bathroom door couldn't shut due to poor design, not a problem it's just me and my hubby. We agree to the room and go back to the office to get the room key, then we're told that room we looked at was not the room we were getting. Wish i could have found another hotel at that point. We didn't know the hotel has a giant roach problem till later that night. We came in from dinner and found a 3 to 4 inch roach on the sink and at 3am there's really no but to stay the rest of the morning hoping that was the only one.

Not up to your standards. Stained towels, broken door in bathroom. Front door no extra latch, looked like it had been broken into and fixed poorly

We didn’t end up staying at this location. On arrival, the entire property was filthy. The check in process was questionable and unprofessional. The concierge man guided us to our room which was odd, the hotel itself and room reeked of cigarette smoke and when he showed us the first room the stench of smoke was so intense we couldn’t walk in, so he showed us another room (non smoking) which still reeked of smoke. And also we found a dead cockroach on the floor (picture attached)
