Overall we’d give it a 3+. The reviews are pretty accurate (feel free to read many on Google, other sites etc). It is a pretty modern building which may or may not have intended to be apartments. It does have an industrial feel and modernish design (which we like). We stayed 4+ days and the place grew on us after a while. It’s not a 4 star mainly due to location and train. It’s not a hotel due to lack of service - but it has some plusses. Location: You are a little over a mile from downtown. You can walk (recommend 4th Ave as it has sidewalks and is a straight shot). We walked into town a couple times but used ride shares the rest of the time ($10-$20+ depending on time/day). They do seem to have parking now if you have car. We used it as a base to explore all neighborhoods in Nashville and it worked out. The neighborhood is up and coming and walking out one side - there are some restaurants etc and cool neighborhoods. The other side to the airport, not so much. Next to train and unfortunately it blows its horn at the intersection which seems to happen a couple times in the morning (7/7:30) and then every few hours during the day. For a newer/modern building there seems to be no soundproofing (rooms or train) which is quite odd. So if you want to just walk/be next to Broadway, recommend checking out the SoBro location. Room: We had a studio, which had a nice kitchen with everything you could possibly need including a large fridge/freezer. Desk seating area, and Murphy Bed/Large TV. Large bathroom. Washer/Dryer in unit. Shower needed more pressure and would be tough for anyone over 6ft as the shower head was low. The bed was comfortable but small. The TV was WiFi based and offered AppleTv, Netflix, Hulu - it would be nice for them to add more apps like YouTubeTv, Prime. We were able to stream to the TV to watch our apps. Overall it was a good space for 2. One Bedroom unit probably would have been a better choice. WiFi worked well. View was of parking/lift and train so kept the blinds closed. Hotel: Staff was pleasant although didn’t really provide much, you’re own your own to refill towels, coffee items, ice etc. There is no daily cleaning etc. But it was easy enough to get the items from the front desk. There are balconies for all to use on each floor as well as a roof deck with a nice view of the city skyline. There is an Asian restaurant on site along with a little coffee shop and a couple other shops. There are a variety of places (pizza, coffee, drinks) close by and we liked them all. The area is old mills and apartments that have been renovated. Once we got used to the location, it was easy to get around. Check-in wasn’t until 4pm so that was a bit late for us, however they did hold our bags while we explored. Would I go back to this location? No, unless they worked with the train to eliminate the horns (which should be done as it’s not needed). However the area may be up and coming in a few years and maybe they’ll be more surrounding
