Amazing staff and location! Loved everything about the hotel :)

各方面很一般，不值這個價 房間嚴重設計失誤，安全出口警示牌正對床，且無法關閉 導致一晚上無法入睡 酒店方面10點之後就沒有客服人員，電話號稱24小時，但聯繫了一小時才聯繫上 給的解決方案，既不可以關閉警示牌，也不提供眼罩，讓客人用毛巾蓋住。。。

體驗感很好

很有特點的酒店，晚餐和清酒的搭配尤其出色

Lovely small hotel. Our room was more like a 2-room suite, including a little shrine space. Comfortable. Staff excellent. During our stay they were trimming the trees and shrubs in the garden for that refined Japanese look. Multi-course Japanese breakfasts and dinners. Delectable!

This is a truly lovely authentic Japanese style hotel with lots of charm and a great experience. The rooms are classic with tatami mats and Japanese style bathroom, cedar tub etc. rooms are very spacious for Japan Restaurant on site is very good with choice of western or Jp for breakfast. Staff are lovely and English language communication is no problem at all. Quiet location in a nice part of town. Two thumbs way up

This hotel is traditional Japanese in its entirety. An old original sake distillery made into a very quaint hotel with only a few rooms. Very nice and quiet , large open rooms , traditional wooden bath, very upscale restaurant with French cuisine, friendly staff, central lots of shops around. It’s perfectly Japanese !

A beautiful hotel with wonderfully comfortable and characterful rooms, a very generous minibar, and a great location in central Nara. Special shout out to the service: we felt so welcome whilst we were staying there, and when we left (and left something really important behind!) the hotel staff moved heaven and earth to get it back to us.

Das Hotel ist ein wahres Schmuckstück.Ausgestaltet im japanischen Style. Unser Zimmer war sehr gross. Unbedingt die Badewanne mit dem offerierten Sake-Badesalz benutzen.
