I stayed here for one night and it was ok but not more than 2 star hotel. The room is pleasant enough, very simple and effective, however the bathroom was small and had missing finishing touches like broken tiles. Good location for transport to the centre and airport. The staff on duty was very friendly and helpful.

Topaia indecente. Bagno con lampadina fulminata e puzza di fogna. Trapunta umida e puzzolente. Wifi in camers non funziona. Da demolire

受付の方々はとても親切にしてくれて好印象でした。 ベットは広く清潔感は悪くはありませんでしたが、部屋に虫が入ってきて数匹飛び回っていたので困りました。 1番不便だったのはWi-Fiがないことです。インターネットを外の回線に繋ごうとしても3Gにしかならず、ほぼ機能しなかったので、この点は残念でした。 ロケーションは空港からは遠くはないですが、バスが正確ではないので時間に余裕を持つべきだと思いました。

Hotel Barbato can not be called a 4-star hotel ! Must be a mistake. At night traffic is very noisy, so bring earplugs ! Notice, that breakfast in B&B means 1 croissant and 1 little cup of coffee ! There was 1 plastic chair in the room, but it was broken. Cleaning was ok.

The location was certainly convenient. A short walk from wonderful food and dessert establishments. A short public bus ride to the city's main train hub. The owners were extremely hospitable, the rooms were very clean and fulfilled all my requirements. In a charming edifice to boot. Wished I could have stayed longer, and would certainly return !

Our room didn’t even have a view! There was a blacked out skylight which didn’t open and the room stank of cigarette smoke. No mattress cover and not all the lights worked, which is essential when you’re literally paying to stay in a box! We checked out as soon as we could and found a beautiful place in the heart of Naples.

I am staying here before my flight home early in the morning. The toilet or the air conditioner isn't working. I have reported them to the afternoon reception and they are still not working properly. I just reported them for the third time and the reception waved me off. There are holes in the bedspread and curtains. I asked for a page printed and they have been putting it off all day. Unless there is absolutely nothing else, do not stay here.

PESSIMO TUTTO ESPERIENZA TERRIBILE!!personale scortesissimo camere che cadono a pezzi con tanto di muffa e prezzo esagerato per quel tipo di camera! (Un'ostello era meglio) Questo hotel e un 4 stelle finto! Allegano foto non veritiere la mia camera era un disastro! Mattonelle rotte, muffa,mura sporche e vetri sporchissimi con ante arruginite per non parlare del gabinetto senza tavoletta. Un'accoglienza a dir poco ACCOGLIENTE nemmeno entrati dalla porta hanno voluto subito il restante del conto è se avrei visto la mia camera prima non gli avrei dato più un'euro!!P.S PERCHÉ LA CAMERA 102 NON C'E IN FOTO?
