This boutique hotel is nestled on a side street at the heart of the historical district. Centrally located but quiet. Our rooms were spacious, well appointed with modern bathrooms. What made it even more pleasant was the outstanding welcome, attentive service and enthusiasm of the staff. We felt like they took pleasure and pride in making sure that we enjoyed their city. They went above and beyond in making dinner reservations, reserving vehicles and even having some items we had forgotten behind delivered to our next location in another city!!! We would recommend this to anyone who appreciates good service from friendly staff who clearly love their jobs and enjoy the people they meet. And one last thing: their smiles brightened every day!

Excellent staff and accommodation! The room was the best also very clean. Also the staff was very kind and helpful. Also the hotel is in the center so it was very helpful for sightseeing. 10/10. Also the breakfast was quite good. We highly recommend it!

The rooms were modern, large and comfortable. No complaints here. The staff are the stars of this hotel, especially Salvatore, who is patient and super helpful and speaks excellent English. If you have many luggage, getting up the stairs is a little painful, but the staff are more than happy to help. The entrance to the hotel is a little hard to find as the hotel sign is small and can easily be missed. But once you find it, the directions to the hotel are fine and clear. The breakfast is OK and good enough to start the day. The main shopping street is just 5mins walk away and the nearest metro is 7/8 mins walk.

Property as a property is nice, clean, the staff is friendly, quiet, well furnished. Lot of stairs (not suitable for dissabled), nice but small breakfast area. The property has excellent location. It is situated in the city center, which is dirty and neglected - but this is Napoli :)

Wonderful ,, exceptional; staff , gorgeous rooms , outstanding breakfast , Salvatore Chiara , Nina , and Sebastian the owner are like family , they treat you with respect and just couldn’t have been more kind and generous , this is in the historic center so make sure your ok with it , in walking distance to everything , They also have another gorgeous property I block from the sea which is also spectacular. Sincerely guys , giorgio and I are so grateful; Happy new year and see u in April. Love , Robert

This was a great place to stay near great options to eat, shop and to explore Napoli. Everyone on the staff was great, especially Salvatore who gave helpful recommendations and scheduled our rides to and from the airport and to the train station. I would definitely recommend and hope to stay here again in the future!

Beautiful boutique hotel. Staff are so friendly & helpful. The location is very central but there are a few stairs involved (the staff can assist you) . This is a lovely sanctuary from the noise, bustle and chaos of Naples. Loved Artemisia Domus
