It is in the factory site district, not many restaurants around but it is very close for business travelers if they need to work onsite factories, the hotel has a great gym and swimming pool, but the staff replied that it's a ”warm-water” swimming pool and when we enter it, the water is ”super cold”, this somehow affects our feelings, overall it's a good hotel with new facilities.

酒店位置很不錯，出行便利。一進大堂，裝修典雅大氣，服務人員更是熱情周到，讓人如沐春風。   🛏房間寬敞整潔，床品柔軟舒適，一夜好眠。設施也很齊全，各種用品一應俱全，細節之處盡顯貼心。   🥐早餐豐富多樣，中西式皆有，味道可口，滿足了不同的口味需求。   🌟酒店整體環境安靜優雅，無論是商務出行還是休閑旅遊，這裏都是絕佳之選。總之，在南通通州灣維也納酒店感受到了高品質的服務與舒適的居住體驗，以後有機會還會再來，也推薦給大家呀！

在攜程訂了那麼多年的酒店，真的沒給過差評，想着大家都不容易，能和平解決，都不想為難酒店，但這次住酒店的經歷讓我不得不發表一點意見。出於對蘭歐品牌的信任盲訂了這間酒店，一共訂了三間房。入住當天因為我們還有事，到了房間以後簡單檢查了一下床鋪，放下東西后就去了隔壁房間吃了份外賣就出門了。當時進房間的時候聞到一點點類似柴火煙味，開空調也有點怪味，但當天天氣不熱，因為趕時間出去辦事，我就想着開窗子通下風問題也不大，就沒有跟酒店反饋這個問題。幾個小時後，我們回來一打開房間門，就聞到一股濃郁的酸臭味，於是我馬上就到一樓前台反映這個問題，並提出換房的要求。前台問我，下午剛進房間時候有沒有聞到味道。我説，因為我們當時趕時間，進房間衹感覺房間有股柴火味，想着開開窗通通風就好了。接着前台説的話把我氣夠嗆，她説，會不會是你們行李的味道，怎麼一開始沒有味道，現在又有了？What？！！！合著我是來找茬的唄！！！所以，我怎麼知道你們的房間會有怪味！！！我心想，如果我的行李有這種味道，我把行李吃了！！！後來她把經理叫來了，經理態度很好，給我們換了一個新的房間，有一扇大窗户通風，房間基本沒有異味。結果我睡到半夜還是被床品薰醒了，湊近可以聞到被子裏有一股煙味，枕頭也有酸臭味。發出來，希望商家能看見並改進吧，畢竟蘭歐這個品牌連鎖個人還是比較喜歡的。

帶父母小孩去啟東呂四玩找酒店最後想看看通州灣新區什麼樣就訂了這家酒店，酒店在新區中心位置附近人不多，車隨便停，房間乾淨敞亮，性價比十足。 我們去的時候前台小菜服務也很好，我們趕海回來臟掉的衣服還用機器人拿去樓下洗衣房幫我們清洗然後再送回房間，有被感動到，家裡人在一樓等人的時候也會送上茶水。整體上是一次十分滿意的入住體驗。
