อาคารหลังนี้เป็นอาคารที่โดดเด่นของที่นี่ หากคุณไม่มีความรู้สึกที่ดี คุณต้องเลือกอาคารหลังนี้ซึ่งเป็นอาคารที่สูงที่สุด ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่และราคาถูกถือเป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีที่สุดในอาคารนี้ วิวกลางคืนดีมีเครื่องซักผ้าและอยู่ใกล้ถนนสามสายสองซอยมากเจ้าของบ้านกระตือรือร้นมากและถามถึงเวลาเช็คอินแล้วเปิดแอร์ไฟห้องแล้ว ต่อมาเขาลืมเปิดเพลง

มันเยี่ยมมาก👍 เนื่องจากสภาพอากาศทำให้รถไฟล่าช้าเป็นเวลาที่ไม่แน่นอนเจ้านายจึงอดทนมากและสัญญาว่าจะให้ห้องเราล่าช้ากว่าสิบชั่วโมงและเจ้านายก็ช่วยเราเลื่อนออกไป ฟรีอีกวัน ขอบคุณมากครับ ห้องก็แห้งมาก ผังดูอบอุ่นมาก น่าจะปรับปรุงใหม่ไม่นานเฟอร์นิเจอร์และเครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้าก็ใหม่หมดและมีกล่องสมบัติด้วย ของเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เช่น หน้ากากอนามัยก็มีให้ฟรี ในห้องก็เลยไม่ต้องกังวลเมื่อออกไปข้างนอกในวันที่ฝนตก ชั้นล่างเป็นถนนของว่างในใจกลางเมืองและไม่มีเสียงดัง และคุ้มค่ามาก ฉันอยากจะยกนิ้วให้เจ้าบ้านสำหรับการบริการของเขาอีกครั้ง!

ฉันพอใจมากกับการเข้าพัก ห้องใหญ่ และสะอาด เจ้านายให้ความช่วยเหลือดี เสียอย่างเดียวคืออ่างล้างหน้าเล็กไปหน่อย

I think maybe for Chinese it's normal but definitely not for foreigners when the room smells like a toilet... Right after I checked in, I began cleaning the room and I noticed there's clearly someone's hair, longer than mine, everywhere. There are streaks and unwashed stains on the floor. It's clear the owner tries to add a lot of furniture and interior design, but I personally don't understand the purpose of these very small tables, how to sit at them, work at them, or eat at them. I think they're completely unnecessary, they're completely useless, but there are so many of them in China! that I don't understand why they're needed. There are also some small chairs that are either toys or for children. The windows clearly lack soundproofing, which isn't a good idea if they face a main road. But then again, windows like this are everywhere in China. Either they don't care, or they don't know how to repair or adjust them, as if you were living on the street. 😂☝️

My room was spacious and equipped with all the essentials I needed for a comfortable stay, including a very comfortable bed, which ensured I had restful sleep every night. From high-speed Wi-Fi and a well-equipped kitchen to thoughtful touches like bottled water, toiletries, and even some local snacks, it was evident that the hosts went out of their way to make guests feel at home. The kitchen area was well-stocked with basic utensils, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. This was a huge plus for me, as it offered a sense of flexibility and added comfort. The staff were another big highlight of my stay. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. Communication was smooth, and they went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed, even offering recommendations for local spots to visit and eat. I left feeling refreshed, happy, and grateful for such an enjoyable stay, and I’ll definitely be returning here on my next trip. 推薦👍 很幸運的刷到於房東的民宿，性價比特高 重點是進屋有種説不出的喜歡，在房間裏的窗户可以望到絕美的景色，夜間的燈光，城市的繁華少許的熱鬧歌聲，有幸還能遠望廣西非遺打鐵花，早上起床後還能欣賞白天邕江美景，絕了。而已大夏內有24小時便利店，樓下旁就是中山路夜市小吃街，越過對面大大路步行也可抵百盛步行街廣場，三街兩巷附近的幾個景點區和捷運站，地理位置佳 房間擺設很用心，房東還有寫貼便利紙教學和提醒注意事項，設施十分齊全，該有的都有，廁所內還有台洗衣機，養的綠植也是真植物🌿不是擺設假的哦，家裡還有養小龜和小魚，所以房間給人感覺温馨舒適，乾淨利落，衞生也特好。衹是床墊有點硬睡不慣，反而沙發布特別軟好躺，下次再有機會來南寧，我還會選住這裏😍 謝謝！

房東老於頭公寓 在麗源天際完全找不到公寓的標誌，問樓層管理員孫小姐才知道找對了位置。取密碼入房，即眼前一亮，房間寬大，佈置用品等都極具心思，以可愛小兔作主題，附簡約貼心的溫馨提示貼紙，是愉快旅程的好開始。 房間和設備雖然有些老舊，仍打扫得乾淨。窗簾不完全遮光，影響睡眠。 晚上9點鐘後要拍戶主証才可以啟動升降機上樓。要記得退房時把戶主証放回原位，否則扣錢啊！

特色房，小狗文化房，店主非常用心，一應俱全，感覺出他用心用熱愛在做這坐民宿，就這點讓人住得開心温暖，設施齊全，衞生乾淨整潔，高層江景完美無缺，個人認為有點美中不足，洗手間不是坐便，但每個人喜好不同，還是要給出五星好評。
