Hotel is clean n location is good. The food served is tasty. Room is clean and big.

Amazing place very near to express highway which makes it easy to get around - anywhere in less than 20 minutes. The hotel is well positioned near Sarit mall - with an easy access from the hotel back door in case you need to shop for anything quick. Right around the corner there's a Quickmart which is 24/7 and a pharmacy. The hotel food is exceptional (especially if you have access to Rooftop executive lounge which I was lucky to have) For drinks there's Sarabi Bar on the roof top poolside - offers food and beverage with a rooftop view of the city - make sure to tune in on Friday / Saturday nights for live bands that are great. (Photos attached) And for fine dining Graze Steak restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is by far one of the best steak houses in Nairobi if not the best. Their freshly baked bread will keep you coming back for more. Kudos to the Amazing Chef Jeff. The staff is exceptional and very helpful / knowledgeable (Steve Biko speaks fluent Arabic that got me fooled for a second) and they will go above and beyond to make the stay. Job / George did help me out on my last day with a situation I had so I had to mention them and thank them :) Rooms are cleaned and prepared daily / with special surprises always left on your nightstand that make for a really cool souvenir (will leave that a surprise) If happen to leave something behind - make sure to let them know they will keep it till your next visit :) - This was my second stay a the Sankara I was there back in May and left a Jacket - they kept it in their luggage storage and was sent back to my room when I mentioned to them upon checking in :) Thank you Sankara for making my stay Exceptional. I'll be coming back soon :)

This was my first visit with the Sankara hotel. After just one a day, I was very impressed with the level of service by the employees. From the front desk personnel to the various eateries, etc.. , I was deeply impressed with their warm treatment of our group. Each person approached us with the warmest smiles at every turn. Some of the great people we were greeted by daily included Naomi, Daniel, Winfrey, Mary, Brian, TerryAnn, joseph, Simon, and Michael. These people made our visit so enjoyable! I thank them for their tremendous level of customer service.

We were having some work done at the house, and ended up having to stay six weeks at Sankara. But what a great stay! From Steve at reception (always cheerful and understanding) helping us extend every few days, to the very kind Wahu at the Club Lounge, to Chef Oliver, who made special dinners in the lounge every night for our vegetarian son. It was a real pleasure. Breakfast was great (highly recommend the Eggs Benedict), and the rooftop pool has a clear plastic bottom to see the street and cars seven floors down! Great staff and management. We were ready to go home, but kind of wished we could have stayed longer.

I had the best steak in nairobi!!! Like i am so impressed that i won’t have a steak anywhere else but here… Also service is so nice i really love this place so shocked i did not try it before! Was served by a very nice young man called ian best waiter ever so polite!and nice

Five Star experience, very friendly staff, excellent location and excellent facilities. The food in the restaurants is delicious and very well presented. We had a complimentary late check out and the staff were really helpful at extending that further. The gym is great with good facilities and the rooftop bar and pool are a must to visit. I’m looking forward to returning here.
