The staff were attentive and helpful. The hotel was clean.

excellent rooms, wonderful breakfast buffet, I loved the pool

The night service is not good. I asked for water, but they said I had to come down and go to the bar to buy it and drink it. When I called, they said they would bring it, but they didn't. I called 5 times and they still didn't bring it, so I went to the lobby and asked, and that's what they said. When I complained during the day, they laughed and told me to do whatever I wanted with it. I wondered if this was how a 5-star hotel should be. I began to wonder if I should receive this kind of service.

I cant believe my airpod pro is stolen from my 5-star hotel room. And I keep telling the staff and nobody cares!

Very good service,very good clean room

Nothing serious, everything was good. But I lost my airpod there. It is a shame that a 5-star hotel cannot find a way to locate my device, where the last location was in my room.

Great place and very central

Wir haben das Hotel gebucht, da unser Flug erst um 1.35 h ging. So haben wir einen schönen Tag in der Sonne genießen können und noch etwas auf dem Zimmer relaxen können.

感覺一般吧，位置偏點

還可以呢，環境比較不錯。安靜，但是餐飲需要提升一下，希望可以更完善一點呢，哈哈，下次有機會去的話，還會再次入住

Das hotel ist ok,preis leistung verhaeltnis ist ok.die küche ist sehr gut.nur die lage ist einbischen abseits. Alle hotel angestellte sind sehr nett und gilfsbereit. Bis auf einen jungen mann an der rezeption,sowas habe ich noch nicht erlebt,sowas von unfrwundlich.das war das einzigste negative an meinem aufenthalt.

Приехал в отель в нем не оказалось мест .Три часа ругался и требовал номер .Trip.com деньги списал ,номер я в итоге не получил , а деньги мне никто не вернул .Ужасный отель по отношению к клиентам .Генеральный менеджер никак не пытался решить мою проблему , только убегал и прятался от меня .Через три часа нервотрепки вынужден был уехать в другой отель .
