Cozy Residences by Trianum

All the staff were very helpful. The apartment room sizes are very large and the everything you need including a large fitted kitchen and big bathrooms and showers.The location is in a very nice part and convenient. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and thanks to the everyone.

I actually got bumped over to Cozy Residences from a sister property, and everything worked out for the best because this property has been wonderful and I felt very much at home. The apartment itself was a three bedroom, with a very large kitchen with a washer in it, with a balcony attached to the kitchen. Plus a main balcony on the other side connected to the living room. All of the rooms are large and spacious, and they each have their own bathroom, plus a 4th half bathroom. The trees on the property are very mature which adds to the beauty and relaxation. A very safe and secure property. The staff has been amazing. They have brought us breakfast every morning. The only downside is that the gym is in a very small room and provides very basic equipment, but enough to get the job done, but overall I have ZERO complaints about my stay and I would gladly stay here again.

-Believe you me Everything was good and it's the best place to stay -I will highly recommend someone to choose here compared to the rest -The staffs are hospitable always at your service whenever you call or need them -Hot water is available 24/7. -Parking for our visitors should be considered to be spacious enough -Soon coming with my extended family cause the apartment is spacious and cleanness is at it's best more especially linen bravo to the laundry attendant

Our stay at Cozy is fantastic!! The location is great!! And It really feels like home. Their professionalism and attention to clients are outstanding. Any minor issue is resolved immediately. A big bravo and a big thanks to all the team of Cozy Residences!! I highly recommend it!!

Its a nice clean family apartment in a safe location. The staff are welcoming and are vigilant on security. There are no dinein options but one can easily get food in nearby restaurants or cook for them selves.

Spacious apartments for family vacation, located in relaxing neighbourhood with minimal traffic but easily accessible with car hires eg Uber at the gate. The security was tight. staff were extremely friendy. I would only add a dressing mirror in the main bed room of this apartment. There were special requests that were approved online through the guest portal such as pickup from airport that were not fulfilled but it was possible to find cheaper options of taxis or Uber paid upfront. If you are a fan of dinning out or preparing your own meals this apartment is for you.

Should have known it’s too good to be true! If they fix the hot water, it is actually a pretty good option Do check the inventory carefully as we actually had only some not all items on the list. It was a long process to check everything and update the list…

We stayed ( Family of 4) in Cozy residences from 01-Nov-2021 up to 04-Apr-2022 which means we had the possibility to evaluate every aspect of the apartment. The apartment looks decent and kitchen has enough items you may need for long stay. However you may find youself in situation where you need to buy more depending on what you need. Another aspect that the management should look at is shortage of water and sometimes hot water is not coming. For instance during our stay, we could spend like 1 week without hot water and with kids it can be a nightmare. Fortunetly we had kettle for them. Another area of improvement is the noise coming from water trucks which come almost everyday because if the water shortage we mentioned above. For someone working from home you may find it uncomfortable especially if you stay in lower apartments. The other thing that we think their shoudl improve is the staff training on hospitality. Other than that the apartment is quite specious with two parking slots and the security is good and the location is a strategic one. 5 mins up to Sarit center ( when there is no traffic) and few minutes up to Yaya Center. General it is good location as you can access all the shopping centers in few minutes.

We arrived at Cosy apartments completely exhausted from our long flight and upon arrival we were notified about payment and how they would not accept bills that were printed before 2013. This is something I was not told while I was making the booking and I clearly stated that I was paying cash, one would think that they would mention this so that I would come properly prepared. We had gone straight to the bureau exchange from the airport to change our money to use while we were in Nairobi, but I left the payment for the hotel in US dollars. As this was being explained to us by the lady at the front desk, the general manager approached us and was very stern, and unapologetic , and just completely rude. My father, who is a man of very few words and lots of patience even commented at her rudeness and complete lack of professionalism when addressing a guest. This left such a sour taste in our mouths that we tried getting another place to stay but unfortunately because of the short notice we were unable to be accommodated that night. The apartment itself was okay, we did not have hot water on our first night there and were transferred to a different apartment. The girls at the front desk were very accommodating, polite, and ready to assist you in anyway you needed. Evelyn who made the booking with me called to apologise for what happened in regards to the money situation. One would think that the manager would step up and take charge but this was not the case. Evelyn called to let me know that the manager would be coming to speak with us about the incident, this never happened. Will I ever stay at Cosy apartments again? Never, not if it is being overseen by someone who does not have basic common sense courteousness towards guests. The guards were just as friendly as can be and this was such a bonus because they were the ones we saw on a daily basis so it was nice to have a friendly face to say hello to. Cosy needs to consider who they want representing this particular establishment because this general manager has managed to steer away business, I will not be returning.
