We arrived and we're told they'd moved our booking to a different hotel and we have to go there. Not informed of this prior to arrival by either the hotel or website. Rude, inflexible and not helpful. The hotel they moved us to was an absolute dump, we will NOT be using trip.com or recommending Orchid again....don't use this website or stay at this hotel...they screw you.

Hotel is not good. It's not at all worth the amount we paid for our stay. Rooms were located beside just the road and hence there was a lot of disturbance because of the outside noise. The rooms were small with no balcony or sitting area. The bedsheets, pillow covers, quilt were dirty. Service is slow. There was no tea coffee kettle in the room. There were only 2 options in breakfast. We asked for normal milk instead of tea coffe, and while checking out, the manager said us to pay for the milk. They don’t have parking place. Amount charged was too high as compared to the facilities. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The stay at orchid was a very pleasant one. The deluxe room was excellent and the food was very delicious. The hotel staff was very nice

No option in breakfast no coffee/tea kattle at room less safety it was more of a home stay common hall between multiple rooms. Small rooms without balcony or seating. No parking facility the amount charged was too high compared to facility

Overall it was pathetic experience, nobody give any heed to customers, i book it through mm t and when i reached there that said we don’t have any vacant room, not recommended for stay at all.

The popt that was shown in picfure was not allocated and the staff was not there when we want something, hence the stay was ok and cleaniness was not there.

Very good and well maintained property. The staff was kind and courteous. We had a great stay experience during our last visit. The rooms were spacious and tidy. The best part of this property was the kind of service they provide to their customers is commendable.
