ผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่าและสกปรกมาก…

ครั้งแรกที่เข้าพักที่ห้องจูเนียร์สวีทของโรงแรมบาตัมซิตี้ ห้องพักสกปรก มือจับประตูห้องน้ำชำรุด แมลงสาบ แมลงวันตาย น้ำฝักบัวไม่ร้อนเลย และที่แย่กว่านั้นคือเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องไม่เย็นเลย ข้อดีอย่างเดียวคือทำเลที่ตั้งเพราะอยู่ใกล้กับ A2 Hawker ห้างสรรพสินค้า BCS ห้างสรรพสินค้า Grand Batam และร้านนวดหลายแห่งในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ฉันจะกลับมาอีกไหม ไม่

บางห้องก็ดีนะที่มีหน้าต่างมองออกไปเห็นเมือง แต่บางห้องหน้าต่างมองออกไปเห็นผนัง 😔 แย่มาก

ครั้งแรกที่มาบาตัม จองไว้ตอนสิ้นปี ซึ่งเป็นสาเหตุที่เราได้พื้นที่นี้ เรากำลังมองหาที่พักที่ Ashton แต่กลับเต็ม อ่างล้างหน้าดูแปลกๆ เพราะน้ำไหลออกมาเป็นสีขาวขุ่น ไม่แน่ใจว่ามีปัญหาอะไร แต่มีกลิ่นเหมือนน้ำที่มีคลอรีนผสมอยู่ ฉันพักที่ชั้น 9 แต่ทุกคืนที่ได้ยินเพลงของผับดังมาจากห้องของฉัน ทั้งที่ผับตั้งอยู่ที่ชั้น 1 เราอยู่ที่ BCH 2 ซึ่งดูเหมือนอาคารใหม่กว่า อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่ค่อนข้างผิดหวังเล็กน้อยเพราะมีตัวเลือกไม่มากนัก ทำเลดีเพราะเดินไปศูนย์อาหาร A2 และห้างสรรพสินค้า Grand Batam Center ได้

ทำเลดี มีร้านอาหาร ควรปรับปรุงบางส่วน สะดวกสำหรับห้างสรรพสินค้า BCS และร้านนวด

Old fashioned hotel but staying experience overall is great! Thought can request to stay in the new building but not available. Location is perfect and staffs are friendly.

Good location to food, malls, and massage centers. Breakfast good range. Amenities as seen on picture. They should update the breakfast buffet rate, no longer 50k but 75k. Another thing that could be improved is the shower and shampoo gel, which could be provided more. Staffs were friendly.

The location is very food. Price is cheap so can’t expect us about the amenities.

The hotel in now under renovation, moving at lobby abit inconvenient but location for food and supermarket is convenient . Room rate is reasonable with buffet breakfast worth the price.

Budget hotel.. check convenient location. A little run down.

The location of the hotel was convenient to places that we wanted to go like massage, shopping etc. We stayed on the 8th level of the newer wing - the room was big and clean. Aircon was cold enough for our liking. Bed was comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast spread was good for the price of the room we are paying. Wifi connection was very bad - connection kept dropping off almost immediately after connection or cannot connect at all - we ended up using our own data plan instead. The hotel lift takes time - there were times where we waited for a long time for the lift as it was moving very slowly. Overall, I will book this hotel if I am visiting Batam again.

BCH is old but still well kept. Rain Shower water pressure slightly weak. Could improve overall room standard by ensuring the cups used in the room are well washed and cleaned without stains. Location is great - next to Circle-K minimart and warung kopi. Lots of massage shops nearby. Walking distance to BCS mall and A2 foodcourt.

All is good. Near to A2 food court and mall.

Hotel is right in the city centre with easy access to restaurants and mall nearby. View was very good from my room. Room was big and clean although I would prefer a room without carpets. The. Breakfast was sufficient as there were noodles (bakso) / rice / porridge and bread and salad. Worth the rate paid. Will definitely stay here again.
