My last-minute booking for our post-wedding night and they even have a surprise gift for us. The staff are professional, the service was superb, and the food was excellent! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again—even though we’re Naga residents.

The room wasn’t very clean and could use freshening up. The shower had no hot water, and it looked a bit old with some paint chipping in the shower area.

The place is very clean and peaceful. The room is spacious and have the basic amenities, they also have free water located on every floor. The hotel location is near the mall and center which is very convenient. The service is good and the place is worth it for its price.

Room was was okay for a bidgey hotel. We were given an accessible room, so bathroom was spacious.

My dad and I were looking for an accommodation just along the road, and we saw this one immediately, so the location is very convenient for travellers. I like GoHotels eco-friendly concept (no disposables, water is refillable, etc). They have free and safe parking for cars, which is always a main consideration for my dad. My dad enjoyed his stay, and he said that if he is travelling again and passes by Naga, he will choose to stay here. Thanks for accommodating us! ^_^

+ I like that bath and toilet are separated. + They have water dispenser available at the hallway. You can heat up water in the room with the electric kettle provided. + Julie was so accommodating and friendly. She even gave us a connecting room. + The manong guards were also very welcoming and helpful. - The room is quite small but has basic amenities except for small fridge. - I felt the carpet or beddings were dusty as i was sneezing most of the time.

Good location near mall. Clean hotel. Amazing service. I accidentally locked my laptop inside the safe and the engineering team helped me open it and painstakingly were patient in the whole process.

Hotel is clean and modern. However, their service is abysmal. They have 24h front desk but they are unreachable. I tried emails, calls, sms, NOTHING. I tried to contact them for over 7hours with no response. Trip customer service also tried to contact them multiple times but received no response. What hotel is uncontactable for over 7 hours? I tried to contact them from 4pm to 11.30PM, but failed. NO HOTEL SHOULD BE UNREACHABLE FOR OVER 7 HOURS. I understand if they had set operating hours, but trip customer service said their front desk is open 24/7. So why are they unreachable? This a HUGE red flag to travellers. Imagine booking a hotel, and you could not reach them to confirm your booking? I am disappointed.

The best Go Hotel in the Philippines. As usual, it is beside a Robinson’s mall. It has direct access to it at the 2/F. The rooms are modern, clean and good! It’s my second time here and will keep coming back. The toilet and bath is separate and there’s a bidet. The bed is a king size, could easily fit three adults (yeah, it’s that big!).

Enjoyed the whole package. The service was outstanding. The location was great, near for everything. The amenities were brilliant. Cleamliness of the hotel were excellent and the cleanliness in my room were good. The staffs are fantastic, very polite, friendly and courteous. Delighted to see the foods jand drinks selections, so delicious and scrumptious. Wow! They offered different menus for 2 days. Highly recommended and definitely will come back again. Overall stay was amazing.
