Making the view the star of the show from every spot in the main living area, guests will enjoy endless views down the southern coast. The large glass windows around the living area truly make the unit special, and the views are breathtaking. Entering into the living area, guests will find the most relaxing part of the entire condo! This floor plan is open and spacious, and features endless views of the Atlantic ocean. The living room offers a sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper sofa, coffee table, wall mounted TV, two accent chairs, a dining table that seats 4 guests over looking the breathtaking views, and access to the ocean view balcony. The kitchen area is also located just off from the living area. The kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances, fridge, freezer, stove, oven, wall mounted microwave, plentiful cabinet space for storage, kitchen sink, new counter tops, new backsplash, and so much more. Cooking a meal or snack will not be a problem! For guests who prefer to dine out, Myrtle Beach offers hundreds of dining options, many of which are within a short walk or drive from the Palace Resort. Many restaurants in the area offer delivery, but if not, guests can rely on food delivery options like Uber Eats and DoorDash. The master bedroom is found on the right side of the apartment and features a king size bed, two nightstands, dresser, wall mounted TV, closet, access to a private ocean view balcony, and access to the ensuite bathroom. The bathroom features a beautifully tiled walk in shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. The second bedroom is considered the guest suite and features two twin size beds, night stand, dresser, wall mounted TV, closet, and access to the ocean view balcony! This balcony is shared with the living room, and guests will be able to access the balcony from both areas of the apartment. Just off the bedroom is the guest bathroom. This bathroom features a shower, vanity, mirror, and toilet. Pack light! We provide our guests with bath towels, washcloths, toiletries, bedding, and everything you will need to enjoy your stay. We will also provide basic "starter toiletries" that include toilet paper, paper towels, dish liquid, soap, shampoo, lotion, and conditioner. Guests will have access to basic resort cable and wifi. The departure cleaning fee is in place to compensate the cleaner, the cost of toiletries, and the laundering of the towels, linens, and bedding..
