Welcome to OceanAura, a true one bedroom/one bath oceanfront unit with amazing views. Keyless entry with no contact check in or check out. Key code changed after each stay. Luxury vinyl plank flooring, granite counter tops, newer furnishings, 55 inch Samsung QLED SmartTV, bathroom remodeled with new flooring, paint, vanity, light, and gorgeous tiled shower with tub. The bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfy plush mattress to enjoy the views. The nightstands have lamps with USB chargers for your phones and electronics. There is also a tv as well as access to the balcony. Living/dining area includes a Samsung 55inch QLED Smart tv with cable channels including HBO. You also have access to Samsung TV channels . The electric fireplace provides both ambience and warmth. There is a dining table with chairs to enjoy your meals. The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator. The kitchen has beautiful granite counters and glass tile backsplash. There is a keurig coffee maker and we supply some kcup pods including coffee and hot cocoa for those nights you want to enjoy the fireplace while watching your favorite tv show on cable or streaming. Games and puzzles are also included for a rainy day. Beautiful new comfortable counter height chairs and table to enjoy the sounds and sights of the ocean on the balcony. The condo is located on the 5th floor, the perfect floor to enjoy the beautiful views but not too high up for those that do not like heights. We have a beach closet with beach chairs, umbrella, binoculars, and some coolers to enjoy on the short stroll to the beach. There are many amenities to enjoy while staying here such as indoor and outdoor heated pool, lazy river, numerous hot tubs, nice lounging areas with loungers for sun bathing. There is a pool bar during the seasonal months. There is a fitness room for those who never want to miss a workout. Very nice oceanfront restaurant offering wonderful meals. In a hurry? Grab a coffee or quick breakfast snack at the lobby cafe. Walk to miniature golf and restaurants such as Starbucks, Ben and Jerry's and the oceanfront Sea Captain's House. We welcome dogs 20 pounds and less with a non-refundable 25.00 pet fee per night. No aggressive breeds per the HOA, Per HOA: Pets must be 20 pounds or less.permitted in select room types only. Other pets such as cats, birds and reptiles are not permitted. 2 dogs per room maximum. Absolutely best property we ever stayed in Myrtle-Beach. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk but also quiet to enjoy the ocean view. There is nothing they didn't have from beach chairs, binoculars, coolers and beach umbrellas ect. The bed was so comfortable and even the pillows. The patio chairs were also very comfortable!! I am a local and this unit will be the only place I rent again when i do Myrtle-Beach for sure!!

Relaxing stay The unit was very clean and comfortable. The oceanfront balcony was my favorite part. Great place to just relax and read, enjoy a meal or just sit and watch the beach. I could just sit for hours and listen to the waves crashing on the beach.

Absolutely the best condo we have stayed in for a while. It is exactly as described and so clean!! The view and proximity to the beach were so awesome!!! Fantastic As someone who is typically not a fan of Dirty Myrtle, this place changed my mind!Pics were accurate. The place was CLEAN! I always travel with cleaning supplies because I'm VERY picky. I didn't need them!Super cute, simple decor, and the property has a snap convenience store across the street. It's North Myrtle, so you're away from the riff raff. Definitely recommend!!
