Rhenia Hotel

My stay at Rhenia was simply perfect! Starting with the kindness and info provided at check-in, staff assistance with baggage, very clean accomodations, beautiful grounds, breathtaking view from my room, excellent buffet breakfast with a wonderful variety, and a feeling of peace and tranquility at the outside common areas of pool, bar and lounge. I cannot say enough wonderful things about my stay at Rhenia in May 2023. The family who owns and operates this quaint bed and breakfast is very professional and accomodating to guests. I'd LOVE to stay here again!

I thought I was going to be disappointed by this hotel when I got dropped off there. Was I ever wrong! Lovely place, great room, spectacular views, amazing room, helpful staff, easy connection via sea bus to Mykonos town and peace and quiet. The owners were super helpful and offered advise on anything we needed. Would definitely go back there.

Friendly and very patient staff, who give you clear options on getting to and from the town. Interesting and varied breakfast; I was fascinated by one egg baked inside a bowl made of bacon ! Of course, a lot of Feta cheese, olives and Greek yogurt too. Lovely lounge overlooking the sea from the hill top and large, comfortable rooms

I enjoyed my stay at Rhenia hotel as it was beautiful and the owners are amazing!! The rooms were spacious, clean and the view was fabulous. The breakfasts were good. The owners bent over backwards to help us with everything, luggage, directions, option on what to do on the island. I highly recommend staying at Rhenia!!!

Rhenia is an excellent family run hotel where the staff are always helpful and friendly. The hotel is landscaped into the hillside with superb views over the bay towards Mykonos town. We stayed B&B and the breakfasts were always excellent. The setting could be a little challenging unless you like hills!

Wow.......from arriving here I knew I was going to love it. Our room was fab overlooking the harbour. Breakfast was fabulous, with lots of choice, and was fresh. Great location, 2 restaurants down the hill. Walking back up was hard but gets easier!!!!! Water taxis down the hill and across the road 2E to Mykonos town. Beautiful but very busy. We hired a quad, and the roads are good. Found some beautiful, deserted beaches. Would recommend this place 100%, the family are a delight especially Anna and their beautiful dogs. Will return one day to the Rhenia.

Amazing rooms/bungalows. Beautiful view. Easy access to local ferry and bus, interisland ferries, and a beautiful beach. Nice pool. Good staff. The rooms with patios take the cake.

We were quite happy with this hotel , great staff and very helpful. But.....our room required a bit of "end of season" repairs. We did not report the issues as we found in the past that repairs take to much time and you can't access your room. We found - fridge will freeze everything in it including bottles, fridge cupboard door hanging off, power for a electric razor from the hair dryer did not work, hand shower did not work and bathroom door would not close. On the plus side the food on offer , lunch and evening was good as was breakfast. Our room was kept clean and bed comfortable. I would say that there are quite a few steps around the hotel and so it might not be ideal for the less mobile. Also the hotel is towards the top of a steep hill. Note -not possible to walk to centre of Mykonos town, bus or water taxi. All in all we were happy with our stay but.....we are gin and tonic drinker's. Europe holiday areas are quite expensive now after COVID . In this hotel you are charged 12 euro for a gin and tonic. That would be ok if it was a decent amount but this is for a single measure. Most would give at least a double for 12 euros. Consider, you get 40 single shots to a litre of gin (12 euros a shot) So buy a bottle on plane, mixers can be found at the local supermarket.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay at this hotel. Our bungalow room had a fantastic view over the bay and the comings and going’s of the harbour. The room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is family owned and managed. From the moment we arrived we felt welcome and were very well looked after. The hotel is a credit to them all. We will return.
