I had an outstanding stay at the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand. The hotel is beautiful, impeccably clean, and offers a truly luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay both relaxing and enjoyable. The highlight of my experience was the exceptional staff. A special thank you to Sana at the reception for her warm welcome, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. She made the check-in process smooth and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. I would also like to thank the rest of the team, who were equally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality truly sets this hotel apart. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of delicious options, and every part of the hotel reflected high standards of quality and care. I highly recommend the Radisson Collection Muscat, Hormuz Grand to anyone visiting Muscat. The outstanding service, especially from Sana and the wonderful staff, made my stay unforgettable. I will definitely be returning on my next visit.

The hotel was round the corner from the airport, very nice we had dinner in the evening and the food was excellent. Great service .The room was very big but didn't have the warmth, may be a rug would do the trick

We really enjoyed staying at the Radisson Hormuz. Building is modern and spacious with excellent facilities. Our room was large, clean and tidy with a lovely bathroom which including a large shower and bath. Staff were super friendly, very helpful and Made us feel extremely welcome. Check in was quick and easy. We stayed over the Christmas period and booked the Christmas brunch- it was outstanding! I would definitely recommend having this if you stay over for Christmas. Siva Kumar, the food manager, made sure everything was perfect and attended to our every need. Thank you Siva! Breakfast was also excellent and very efficient, catering for western and Middle Eastern tastes. Again we were looked after extremely well by the staff and in particular Sonja who was very helpful throughout our stay. The pool is outside the main restaurant and is surrounded by palm trees, seating and sun beds. A very relaxing place to unwind. The hotel is very close to the airport, but it does mean you are not close to the main city centre. However, a 15 minute taxi ride and you can access most of Muscats sights. Overall, a lovely hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome. During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better. We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable. The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time. Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future. Thank you once again ..

Had an amazing stay at Raddison Collection. Very clean and a very good location. Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was pretty good with a decent variety. Would recommend.

The hotel is good for peace and comfort. The receptionist Taha has an excellent style and gave us an upgrade to the room. The room is very nice. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent buffet breakfast. Staff overall very friendly and helpful. Despite the location near the airport, absolutely quiet and without any noise from airport or traffic. Swimming pool in excellent condition. 15 minutes drive to center of Muscat. I highly recommend this hotel.

It's great to stay more there. Everything is clean and tidy. The only concern is the location. It's far from any shops and shopping centres. Totally, I was happy to spend some while in this 5 stars hotel.
