มีที่จอดรถ : คนน้อยมาก นั่งรอหน้าประตูนานมากก่อนมีคนมาจอดบริการไม่ค่อยดี Front desk : การบริการที่ front desk รู้สึกเหมาะกับโรงแรมห้าดาว บริการดีมาก เขารู้ว่าเรามาจากต่างประเทศก็ช่วยเราเลื่อนเวลาเช็คเอ้าท์ออกไปถึงบ่าย 2 โมงด้วย อาหารเช้า: ถือว่าดี มีอาหารตะวันออกกลางบ้าง ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษ อาหารเช้าบริการดี อนาคตอันใกล้นี้ไม่น่าแนะนำให้พักครับไม่รู้ว่าโรงแรมจะปรับปรุงที่ไหนครับสว่านไฟฟ้ายังไม่หยุดตั้งแต่ 9 โมงผมมาพักผ่อนวันหยุดแต่เสียง ของสว่านไฟฟ้าน่ารำคาญมาก

ห้องพักวิวทะเลในมัสกัตแห่งนี้คุ้มค่ากับเงินที่จ่าย วันหยุด⛱️ ทิวทัศน์: วิวทะเลแบบเต็มๆ 🏝 บริการ: อบอุ่นและอดทน✔️ อาหารเช้า: อาหารนานาชาติและหลากหลาย รวมถึงโจ๊กจีน สระว่ายน้ำ: 3🏊 สภาพแวดล้อม: สะดวกมาก มีถนนร้านอาหารอยู่ข้างๆ🍴

โรงแรมราคานี้สมราคาห้าดาวแน่นอนครับถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นที่ราคาเท่ากันถือว่าคุ้มราคาที่สุดครับ ห้องพัก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ร้านอาหาร ทำเลและวิวทะเลล้วนดีทั้งนั้น

Disappointing week in a disappointing hotel. From the moment we landed in Oman, the intercontinental hotel was not helpful. When we asked for a taxi, they wouldn’t help us and we had to arrange ourselves. When we asked if we had a sea view, we were told “we had a partial sea view” which was actually a car park and a loud generator which rattled on all through the night. The generator was so loud we had to keep the balcony doors closed all the time. However, one night, even with the doors closed we were kept awake until 3am with loud bangs and clatters from hotel staff loading up vans with furniture after an event at the hotel. When we asked about booking the onsite restaurants, we were told they were all closed apart from the main one. Multiple times when we went to the main restaurant we were told it was too busy and we had to wait and come back later. When we did get into the restaurant, we often had to wait long times for food to be replaced or we given paper cups because they’d run out of glasses! When we tried to get the WiFi at the pool, there was none. When we tried to use the creams in the room, they’d run out. The staff were lovely and the food was nice but altogether, we didn’t feel looked after and definitely don’t feel this is a 5* hotel.

Good atmosphere, great service, with amazing views. Keep in mind the noise all the time coming from outside.

Great facility, and the service from all staff was outstanding. Very friendly. Very clean and spacious facility.

Good hotel with good location. The staff is terrible. The person who checked us put us on cash only without asking us if we would like to put deposit so we can charge services to the rooms. We found out when we went down to the pool without the wallet and tried paying. Embarrassing. Asked for room service, came after 40 mins. The server forgot to bring lime with order. Reminded him only to never come back. At breakfast the staff openly eats and drinks at this stations. They also give you printouts of QR code to TripAdvisor saying if happy kinky rate me on the site.

The stay was exceptional The hotel is clean, central to the city, and close to all tourist and service places The rooms are clean and have a nice view A welcome from Brother Hossam Al-Nabhani at the reception and speedy procedures

Fantastic hotel and real value for money. Very welcoming staff and always ready to assist the guests. Great place to stay no doubt

Excellent service. Breakfast area could be improved.
