1. Welcomed at the front-desk with 'there are no bookings on your name in the system'. Took a while to find it and finally get the room-key. 2. I had specifically booked and received confirmation for a room with a queen-bed but entered the room to find two separate single beds. Reason given at the front-desk: 'no rooms available'. 3. No towels in the bathroom. The used towels were removed after the room-service but were not replaced. Had to go to the front-desk (again) and get them myself. 4. The bath towels received were torn. 5. The parking-garage boom barrier had issues opening multiple times.

Great for a weekend stay. Friendly staff. Easy link to Mumich Central station by train. Gave cleanliness 3 stars because of dust in some areas of my room. Apart from that, it was good

The Coffee Fellows Hotel seems like a great option on paper, but we really had a disappointing experience. 1. The room was dirty: floors had a layer of dirt that turned out socks brown when we walked around. The bedding on the pull-out sofa was used AND they didn’t provide bedding for it. The response to the dirty floors, slippers. The front desk gave us two pairs of slippers for seven people staying in the large apartment room instead of having housekeeping attend to it. 2. The first night we noticed that there were not enough pillows. I went down to the front desk, because there isn’t a phone in the room to call the front desk. The person at the desk said they don’t have any pillows. My response was, my father in law will be down in a few minutes with his opinion if I don’t return with pillows for him. All of a sudden he found one for me. I asked for four pillows and got one. He blamed it on a staffing issue. He then told me that housekeeping would come up the very next day and make everything perfect in our room and how sorry he was for this. The next day when we returned back from our day out, nobody had been in our room and we still didn’t have enough pillows. I went straight to the front desk again. The same man was there and told me: no, housekeeping comes once every five days. 3. The room ran out of body wash, I walked back down for that. They did not have any, but I was handed liquid hand soap and was told, it’s basically the same.

Great location, easy parking, s bahn 2 min, grocery store around the corner, great staff, coffee shop

every thing was excellent except the noise from the construction site in front of the hotel. need to keep window close to avoid noise.

Amazing

Es scheint ein neuer Trend zu sein, dass Kaffee-Anbieter auch Übernachtungsmöglichkeiten bereitstellen. Auf jeden Fall war es eine sehr angenehmer Erfahrung, hier für ein paar Nächte zu bleiben. Zimmer und Ausstattung waren völlig in Ordnung, auch der Schreibtisch groß genug zum Arbeiten. Auch einen Fitnessraum gibt es, den man aber erst einmal finden muss ;-) Und natürlich kann man auch die Coffee Fellows Spezialitäten genießen. In Summe war ich positiv überrascht.

Übliches Businesshotel am Münchner Stadtrand, sehr freundliche Rezeption, faire Tiefgaragen Preise.

im Einzelzimmer wenig Platz für Ablage, Das macht sich bei einem mehrtägigen Aufenthalt besonders bemerkbar.

Insgesamt zufriedenstellend. Im Einzelzimmer wenig Platz für Ablage. Beim aktuellen Wintereinbruch mit Schneechaos ist man dort aufgeschmissen und von der Aussenwelt abgeschnitten.

Doveroso penso che abbia cambiato gestione negli ultimi anni ma non è ancora stato recensito!! Lo farò io: Situato in una posizione strategica per chi vuole visitare monaco o andare all’oktoberfest fuori dal ****** in una zona più periferica molto tranquilla ma soprattutto comodissimo anche perché dietro alla stazione della metro che ti porta in pochissimi minuti in Merien Platz o alla piazza dell’Oktoberfest Arredamento spartano ma funzionale camera di recente ristrutturazione a mio avviso. personale simpatico ma qualche lingua in più potrebbe parlarla prezzo per essere a monaco in pieno Oktoberfest e equosolidale molto interessante possibilità di parcheggio interna custodito con pochi soldi consigliato
