I booked a family room for two nights, but it was only meant for three people, and we were a group of four. As a result, we had to pay for an extra room. This wasn’t an ideal situation. Had I known this beforehand, I wouldn’t have chosen this hotel. Most hotels offer family rooms for four people. The receptionist did try her best to resolve the issue.Plus, we got the parking for free. We had also booked breakfast for two days and paid 70 euros upfront. However, a day later, they told us we had to pay an extra 1.65 euros due to their mistake (minus).

Are all German staff a bit cranky? We really enjoyed it overall, apart from some staff who were not overly friendly or helpful... apart from 1 younger woman who was nice. Happy to go back, and it is nice with good views and value for money.

Stayed here for 4 night. Good location near with a tram station just next to the hotel. My flight arrived early for check in but they had rooms available so they were accommodating. After long flight, I really appreciate that. And yes, electric kattle available.

Frappierender Preis-Leistung-Quotient zur richtigen Zeit. Am Rand der Innenstadt und trotzdem sehr gute öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung für Bahnreisende. Aufmerksames hilfreiches Personal. Repetitur!

少し市内からずれた位置にあります。マリエン広場から30分くらいでしょうか？しかしミュンヘン空港に向かう途中にあるので、空港を使う人にはとてもいい位置かもしれません。

Безупречно все! Остановились с семьей и были уверены, что будет чисто и красиво! Есть сауна, прекрасное фойе. Расположение удобное.

相當不錯的酒店，交通方便，樓下就是Lidl超市。房間乾淨明亮，舒適。會再去慕尼黑，首選酒店。 加油夥計！

房間還行，展會期間所有酒店都爆滿而且死貴，這家算是良心價。旁邊有超市，但餐廳不多。總體來説還可以

德國太陽能展會期間，價格普遍很高，這裏價格優惠，出行也方便。
