The rooms had damps and slightly unclean
The checkin process is poor - while I checked in an hour earlier - had to wait for almost an hour.

春節去孟買玩，最後一天住這家酒店，主要是離機場近一點。
酒店在Juhu海灘邊，很老了，從設施到服務絕對夠不上5星，甚至都不到印度的四星水平。到的時候12點，1點半才給入住。電梯小，走廊很窄。房間地板有水，設施非常陳舊。大床是兩張小床拼的，毯子沒有套到被罩裏，就是兩條床單夾着，看着不太乾淨。給的飲用水是最便宜的，還不給加。插座少，還有壞的。熱水不熱。隔音很差，能清楚聽到隔壁房間呼嚕聲。安全原因，從酒店到沙灘的小門鎖着。
服務態度不好。我第一次在印度被要按金。
早餐選擇少。
總之，很差的一次體驗。性價比極低。

Excellent landing spot in Mumbai. Right on the beach. Great pool. Extremely comfortable. Great staff. Breakfast was phenomenal.

this is a nice hotel, water front, 2 minute walk to the beach, staff are nice, buffet breakfast is good but there was a small cockroach on the dessert table, I did let 2 staff know but they said I am so sorry Ma'am, house keeping staff are very nice and very helpful, buffet dinner are not very good don't have good taste. also Alankar was very helpful checking us in,travel desk Ashish was great in arranging our ride and day tour.
