The Leela เป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม! ทุกอย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ห้องพักสะดวกสบายหรูหราไม่มีที่ติ มองเห็นสวนและสระว่ายน้ำ พนักงานเป็นกันเองสุด ๆ และรู้วิธีทำให้การเข้าพักของคุณสมบูรณ์แบบ พวกเขาให้ความสำคัญกับลูกค้าและใส่ใจในการบริการแต่ก็มีสัมผัสส่วนตัวที่ยอดเยี่ยม ทางเลือกของร้านอาหารมีมากเกินไป แต่ตัวเลือกของฉันคือร้านอาหารอินเดีย Jamavar และอาหารก็มีคุณภาพที่เหนือกว่า พร้อมด้วยอาหารเช้าที่สวยงามในเวลาน้ำชาและของว่างแสนอร่อยที่ล็อบบี้เลานจ์และค็อกเทลที่น่าทึ่ง และแน่นอนว่าบริการรับส่งสนามบินที่แสนง่ายดายทำให้การเข้าพักของฉันวิเศษมาก จะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน! ขอบคุณพนักงานที่น่ารักของเดอะลีลา

I arrived early and it was no problem to check me in which was appreciated.  In the room itself, it was clean and they had provided sweet treats which was a nice surprise.  My only gripe was the water flowing from the basin tap was very slow and could have been better.  No issue with the shower though.

Great stay as always assisted by the welcoming and always accommodating staff headed by Devina. Looking forward to our next trip

Ambience was just equivalent to The Taj Hotel. The front office staff were very friendly & conducted an express check-in. The housekeeping staff ensured that the rooms were clean and tidy and did replenished the consumables. The waiters and chefs greeted every guest with a broad smile & attended every request of the guests. Specially Mr. Akram did a splendid job in attending to the physically challenged guests. Overall a wonderful experience.

The Leela is a great entrance into Mumbai very close to the airport. The entire staff are welcoming. The room was decent but was a bit disappointed they gave me facing their staff service courtyard despite me asking for a front facing room. C'est la vie

Bed size was very small

The service and staff coordination was good and the cleanliness of the room is excellent as well.

Run down. The rooms smelt of smoke( in non smoking area ). Damp with no ventilation

Leela is home away from home. I’ve stayed here many a times and it never disappoints me. Let me be the house keeping staff or front desk. Everyone is amazing. Rooms are so comfy and clean. What to say more. Overall, amazing stay and loved it.
