Friendly, comfortable and clean hotel close to Mumbai airport. Staff very polite and good food too.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Auris. Nothing bad to say. Room was comfortable and clean, maybe slightly on the smaller side for a triple room. Breakfast had a good variety and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The restaurant underneath was really nice. Overall enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

The in-room TV, safe and fridge all were not working. We informed the staff and they did absolutely nothing. Further the same night we checked-in to our our room, we observed another staff checking-in a group of 8 men to another room on the same floor. They had the appearance of laborers. We asked the staff who they were and they said they were all guests. 8 men in a single room meant for 3 people? We did not feel safe.

Very good hotel with spice saffron restaurant. All amenities available good rooms and polite staff, restaurant serves very tasty food, reasonable rates,and good quantity. Our thanks to their GM MR Glen, their staff Imran and Bhavin.

Clean hotel with small but neat room with locker, wardrobe and proper bedding! Contemporary washroom with all facilities . Was allocated 4th floor. They have a window with city view. Breakfast is OK. Staff is polite and service prompt. The locality is good. Punjab Singh colony. Andheri east is full of traffic jams so book your cab few minutes earlier. Overall nothing to complain .
