The hotel is the best, the management and staff here are very supportive, cleanliness is very good, the rooms are very nice, the furniture in the room is of good quality, the beds are of good quality and the mattresses are good

Location is in a convenient place next to shopping malls and many other branded stores. Has well maintained A/C and Non-A/C Rooms with Attached Bath.

Not at good location, no lift, no get breakfast it takes 1 hour, kettle was so dirty, ac not working properly

"Excellent hotel. Great service The room was very spacious, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The people in the reception were very helpful, The location is great—very near Central Train Station. I would recommend to friends and will definitely stay again soon

Area is very crowded, it’s on 2nd floor. Be careful while booking an attached bathroom and choose specifically (do not consider / automatic attached bathroom. Rooms are neat and clean but climbing 2 floors with hawkers type market and very crowded dadar station vicinity.

The stayvel hotel was neat and clean hotel and hospitality was very good, waiter was very trained and professional it was good experience

In my entire travel-ling life of more than 40 years, this was the first time i have seen such a horrible place for a family trip. The hotel is fourthclass. Does not have the basic amenities and facilities for the money that was charged on us. With the money i paid at least three or four star hotels could have been booked any where. The hotel is in a crowded area, where only a personal driver can take one near the hotel. More surprisingly and panic-kingly the hoteliers ask us to park the car in a nearby mall parking area by paying another day's room rent as parking fee. More stunningly, the hotel provided us a common bathroom toilet even after paying this much money that too in advance. I will give more details, once i finish my travelling. For my booking we never have an attached bathroom. It was never mentioned while booking. This is the first time happening with me while staying with mmt very very bad experience from hotel
