The hotel is in a junk place with no proper signage and the hotel name is different it is a fab hotel now and not clean its all over smoke smell

Service not good Bathroom are many rat and cockroach 🪳 very bad experience. total experience is not good my money total waste

Everything is good in this hotel cleaning nice. No disturbance silent room's i'm glad to staying here ac service is great washroom clean room cleaning is good if i bye some food. Dash mint me mil jato hai khana everything is great i told my frean to stay here plus point is a near gud restaurant available movie hall available shopping complex available near jogeshwari station available if i want to go we can go any time any where

Everything pathetic. I checked out early due to owners cheap behaviour and he threatened me. no hygiene no tissue paper. no hot water for bathing. roaches everywhere in room and bathroom. no ventilation. if we order tea yuck tea gets served after 35-40 mins. I want my money back. end of story. even drinking water not provided nor did they give complimentary breakfast. first day they just dashed out Samosa paav in oily newspaper. poor and damn pathetic. rude staff.

The rooms provided were not as per star provided to hotel. At one time planned for changing hotel.

To much bad service and behaviour also even though breakfast was included, it was not provided, saying that i did not want to disturb you and his name is (jamir. The room was very dirty. Cockroaches were roaming in the house.

Location is very good, it’s close to sv road, compare to price the rooms are excellent and important is very safe

Very pathetic. Poor heigenicbedsheets and pillow covers not cleaned. Ambience of room, furniture, very poor water not sufficient and ceiling of bathroom leakage

Third class location with service staff. They dont know how to behave. Low grade area and worst experience

Hotel had not allotted rooms as per specifications as shown. Must look after it which kind of room they have been allotting to guest it's might downgrade your rating

Worst experience. Hotel room so dirty also ceiling was damage. Tv not available. In the room and washroom all side cockroach. No water bottle. I don't believe this type of hotel is connected with make my trip

Manager is rude, but the other staff are really good. After request of several times the manager changed my room.

Overall poor-quality hotels and staff are very rude poor quality rooms there is no network and there is no drinking water facility also
