There were underwear with traces of menstrual blood left in the toilet of our room, so disgusting that we had to sanitize our room ourselves because we were worried about the level of cleanliness around

. / It was my 2nd time staying here. Got room no 319. Very spacious n nice, room was bigger than previous stay although the same type booked.

The hotel was in location, quiet and nice with plenty of parking space. However, the room has a bad smell due to negligent on cleaning and maintaining.

Nice room. Private parking. Quiet and peaceful sleep. But sometimes workers doing things at night very noisy and disturbing at late night

Parking is free, validate the touch n go card at the reception before exit. Air conditioner is a bit weak but bearable. There are restaurants at the ground floor. Short business trip is a good choice.

Good location, hotel room cleanliness up to expectation. hotel bed very comfortable.

Nice hotel,nice environment,nice staff. My first time check in here,never been here before. Good hotel enough for family stay

When we first step into the room got a smell. The smell it’s kind of like the water soak into the carpet cant dry. Water heater hard to control, either too cold or too hot. Cleanliness wise 6/10, still acceptable, as long as dont put high expectation. Location not too far from town. If you are going for business trip personally think still acceptable but not those enjoyable type.

Hotel new and clean.bathroom quite big.overall is ok.no good is parking have limited space.i went out for dinner . Around 9pm plus difficult find parking.😂😂😂

The hotel's location was satisfactory, with Chinese and Japanese restaurants just around the corner. Cleanliness was acceptable. In terms of location, it was quite convenient as it is very close to the city center. Considering the price, it was reasonable.
