The owner is the friendliest person and went out of their way to help us.
And the FOOD! 😋 It's so tasty because they have their own livestock and cook with fresh vegetables and meat. You can really taste the difference.

WWHUWe are a couple from the Netherlands and spent 3 nights at this family run B&B. We were friendly welcomed by granny. Since we were the first and only guests to arrive that day we could pick any room. We chose one room with 2 large beds at the top floor, close to a balcony with laundry basin and drying lines.
While waiting for her daughter Madam Ye and her grandson to come home we were treated homemade tea. Granny also led us through the village to find us a nice little restaurant for lunch.
The B&B is conveniently located in the middle of the village, in a block right accross the main square. On the road accross the square you can find small grocery shops and a few restaurants serving delicious local specialties.
Speaking about local specialties... Madam Ye prepares a delicious Chinese breakfast offering a variety of homemade dishes that go very well with the rice porridge and mantou. Fresh cooked eggs, fermented cucumber and turnip, various kinds of bamboo shoots, deep fried ricecake slices and some special glutinous rice snack called qingtun.
Madam Ye and her son helped us to arrange transport and assisted us with purchasing tickets to the Yunhe Terraces. We were picked up by a driver at 4:30 in the morning so that we could see the sunrise in time. Worried about us not having had breakfast that early, madam Ye got up at 3 am to make us a rich and filling breakfast. Such a kind, polite and hospitable gesture. We felt so bad we hardly had eaten any because we could not have the driver wait for so long.
Madam Ye said we were fortunate we picked the correct date for seeing the sunrise above Yunhe Titian. We had an almost clear blue sky that morning. The next day it started raining.... But on that rainy day we were lucky again to witness a local festivity that only takes place once in every 5 or 6 years, where all villagers worship the gods of fortune. The fireworks, the marching and music we witnessed it all. Indeed we felt lucky 😁
After our last dinner at a local restaurant just around the corner we came back at the B&B and agreed with Madam Ye what time we would have breakfast and what time her son would drive us to the bus station. She again mentioned how lucky we were because that evening a Chinese opera was performing at the local village hall. Together we walked up there and to enjoy some wonderful Chinese opera before walking back to the B&B again after having spent another joyful day at Chongtou village.
Please visit this lovely little village in Yunhe County and stay in this lovely little family B&B. The village Chongtou, the Yunhe terraces and this B&B, our lovely little home there, will stay in our memories forever....

เจ้าของและแม่บ้านมีอัธยาศัยดีมาก บอกจุดชมวิวหยุนเหอและเคล็ดลับเล็กน้อยในการสั่งอาหาร! อาหารเช้าทุกวันตั้งแต่ 8:30 น. ถึง 9:30 น. ทําตามเวลาของคุณ อาหารเช้าเข้มข้นจนเที่ยงไม่หิว 555 เช้าบนยอดเขายังหนาวอยู่บ้าง! ตื่นเช้ามากินชามอุ่นๆก็ยังสบายมาก แค่ชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น โลเคชั่นเด็ดจริงๆ คนขี้เกียจนอนบนเตียงก็ดูได้ 555 ดัน!

ผผู้เข้าพักเพราะคืนแรกประทับใจ ตัดสินใจจองอีกคืนทันที 🤣 ที่ประทับใจวันนี้ เราเดินทางออกไปเที่ยวสถานที่รอบๆบนเขา นึกขึ้นได้ตอนจะจ่ายเงินไม่ได้เอากระเป๋าตังมา ลืมไว้ที่รร. กลับไปเงินอยู่ครบ ก็เลยคิดว่า ที่นี่จริงใจ ปลอดภัย พนักงานทั้งแม่บ้าน ก็ซื่อสัตย์ ยิ่งประทับใจให้5⭐️ ไปเลย ค่าห้องที่จองมารวมมื้ออาหารเย็นและบัตรเข้าสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวด้วย สุดยอดไปเลย คุ้มค่าจริงๆ อาหารเย็นวันนี้นอกจากสุกี้ เราสั่งอาหารอื่นๆเพิ่มเติม ก็ไม่เคยพลาดอีกแล้ว อาหารอร่อย ฟินที่สุด และสถานที่แห่งนี้ก็ได้ใจของทุกท่านเป็นที่สุดของทริปในครั้งนี้ของพวกเราทุกคน ถ้ามีโอกาสได้ไปอีก ก็จะมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน และจะแนะนำคนอื่นให้มาด้วย 🤭 ขอบคุณสำหรับที่พักที่สะอาด มีสไตล์ อาหารอร่อย คุ้มค่ามาก

ผผู้เข้าพักVery nice hostel with very friendly host. The room was very large and clean, with everything you need. Breakfast in the morning is very good and filling. The hostel is less than 10min walk from the tourist centre and there is a direct shuttle to and from Lishui station (takes about 1h) which made it very convenient. From the tourist centre there is also a bus that takes you to the main sights and back. The host helpfully explained what route to take including how to walk up through the village to the viewing platform instead of taking the cable car. Even though the tourist centre is very close, the host took me to and from there each time. I also appreciated his willingness to share his stories with me, I enjoyed learning more about his businesses and background.

ผผู้เข้าพักGuesthouse très bien située mais prenez en compte que c’est un peu difficile d’accès avec une valise (ils proposent un service de bagagerie). La nourriture est excellente bien qu’un peu chère mais ça s’explique parce que le lieu est assez reculé, bonus pour les glaces en libre service pour 5rmb environ !! Le personnel est très gentil, toujours serviable et prêt à aider (petit déjeuner même tard dans la journée, repas servi jusque 21h30 environ je dirais), même si la barrière de la langue est présente. Pour la propreté j’enlève un point à cause des punaises, mais c’est compréhensible puisqu’on est en pleine nature. La chambre est vraiment spacieuse et fidèle aux photos. Je reviendrai volontiers si j’en ai l’occasion. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité/prix : foncez.

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation of the hotel is one of the best in 七星墩. The property upgraded us to a nice balcony room, we only need to stay in the room for all the views. What I love most is waking up by the sunrise ... No worries about getting dressed in this early hours to go for the sunrise.
Other then the room, the others area of this property is not properly maintained. Messy ... Breakfast is not good at all.
