"Very disappointing stay we had. We booked for 2 rooms and price is not cheap so I didnt expect this experience. Photos published fooled us. Are all COCOTEL like this??? Miami? Never again. -Room is disgusting! First room assigned to us smells like a public CR that is not properly maintained. We immediately requested a replacement but they replaced it with another one with the same smell! The 2nd room though has lesser smell of CR because they put in lot of deodorizer on the aircon! This is crazy! Sheets are yellowish, CR so dirty! We even requested for cleaning materials so we can just clean it up. -Very thin pillow and they put only half the number of the paid number of occupants. We have to request multiple times and reminded them that we paid for those additional pax. -Food is very pricey. Average price is 500 per serving. Sinigang na hipon for example has 6 pcs small shrimp and few veggies. -Very crowded compared to the nearby resorts in the area. -Wifi is very weak to no connection at all. In all areas, even in their common space. Weak mobile signal too (3 networks). We clarified this during booking as we needed it for some urgent work but again failed. -holes in the ceiling, wirings everywhere"

"The shore is really dirty. There are way too many street dogs around the facility that cause trash opening and bins being trashed by the dogs too."

"2nd time to go here with the family and it always offers the peace you'd be looking for and cannot find in other resorts. The place is secluded and perfect for those who really want to just have the time off - doesn't matter if you're a couple, a barkada, a family, or even a backpacker/solo traveler. This place is so serene and everywhere you look, you'll find its oneness in nature. The accommodations are both imbibing the nature and modernity. You might just find mosquitos especially if your room/accommodation is nearby the plants and trees but given the place's nature, it's quite expected. So, just be prepared with a repellant or lotion to save yourself from mosquito bites. Again, the place is great and truly fascinating; however, the food (menu selection) in their restaurant is somewhat limited. Nothing special. I hope that they work on improving the food as it adds up to the experience in the cove. Regardless, we enjoyed our stay and will still be back in this place."

"The staffs welcome us warmly with their hospitality & good services. Check in was smooth & they allowed us early chk in. The place was clean & peaceful perfect for our family bonding & unwinding. The room was clean, comfortable & well maintained. The food was also the highlight- deliciously serve with care. Overall it was a memorable experience. Highly recommended. We’ll surely be back."

"We booked last minute during Holy Week and was pleasantly surprised to have discovered this place. Initially thought we had just booked 1 room with a common area with other guests but it was actually the entire place with complete kitchen, living and dining room with a huge balcony and 2 full bathrooms. It doesn’t have any other amenities yet but heard they are in the works to construct more rooms, a gym and a pool in the building beside it. It was also such a welcoming treat to have an elevated Filipino restaurant downstairs where we had dinner on both nights. Just note that it opens late at 9am-10am so if you intend to have early breakfast, that won’t be the place for you. Best to just cook in the apartment 👍🏼"
