Upon arrival I was greeted kindly and helped as soon as the person in front of me was done being help. I was assigned my room. The room was very spacious and I enjoyed my stay for the 2 days I booked with them. There were no problems or complications throughout my whole stay. Definitely felt comfortable and like at home. The room met good cleanliness expectations. I search every room I get for any roaches, bed bugs, rodents, water leaks from the ceiling and etc. when I first arrive all the time, especially when they have microwaves and refrigerators or kitchenettes. The room I stayed in was clear of all of that. On top of that every single employee I encountered represented great customer service and not even close to rude. Will definitely be staying again. 👍🏻

Microtel is always the cleanest and best kept motel in the Bay Area. Breakfast is the best too! Dogs are allowed. Staff is very Nice. Ample Parking always. And you are 2 minutes from on ramps to 101 while still enjoying the mountains of Morgan Hill and south county Santa Clara.

I really enjoy my stays at the Microtel. It’s perfect for my needs. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are clean.

This Microtel us my favorite for when in Bay Area. It is managed at a “10”, is always clean, no grunge, polite staff, location location location, easy access to good food, and always 2 mins to hit the 101. Breakfast food is good. Two microwaves. Excellent lightening in hallways / lobby and rooms. Has a laundry for guests to use…

Hotel is close to highway so perfect for quick stop enroute. Check in was a bit slow, needed much information. Room was small but with okay bed. Cupboard fell apart but was not needed. Shower was okay. Free breakfast was with self-nuke egg muffin, very weak coffee but good chocolat muffins.
