There were bedbugs and mold in our room. They would not move us to another room. We tried to leave and find another hotel but our car was parked in their parking lot and we were blocked by other cars so we couldn’t get out. We had no choice but to stay the night. We tried to reach management last night, but had no luck. And we had no luck trying to talk to management either. We’re trying to get a refund for the room through Trip.com. We were not successful at getting a refund for the $45 parking that we paid so we are going through our credit card company to fight it. We had to pay $250 deposit they gave us the receipt, but when we left, they would not give us a receipt for refunding that $250. We have been traumatized by this hotel and do not plan to use Trip.com again since they will not provide us with a refund. My wife was throwing up all night. This was a complete nightmare.
