เพราะผมไว้ใจ Ctrip Youxiang ให้แนะนำโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว แต่กลับไม่มีป้ายบอกทาง ไม่มีแผนกต้อนรับ ไม่มีที่จอดรถ หรือแม้แต่พนักงานต้อนรับเลย ปรากฏว่ามีชายหนุ่มวิ่งไปมาทั้งชั้นบนและชั้นล่างเพียงคนเดียว ผมจึงรีบโทรไป Ctrip เพื่อขอยกเลิกการจองทันที เพราะโรงแรมราคา 1,200 หยวนไม่มีแม้แต่ป้ายหรือเคาน์เตอร์ต้อนรับ และสินค้าก็ไม่ตรงกันอย่างมาก Ctrip จึงโทรไปและส่งข้อความถึงโรงแรม พนักงานโรงแรมแจ้งผมว่าจะไม่รับสายในคืนนั้น เราไม่รู้ว่ามีโรงแรมที่มีคุณสมบัติแบบนี้หรือไม่ การบริการนี้ทำให้สามีภรรยาคู่นี้รู้สึกว่าความปลอดภัยของเราไม่ได้รับการรับประกัน ด้วยเหตุผลด้านความปลอดภัย เราจึงจ่ายเงิน 1,400 หยวนอีกครั้งตอนเที่ยงคืนเพื่อเช็คอินเข้าโรงแรมฮิลตัน ข้อร้องเรียนนี้ค้างอยู่สองวันโดยไม่ได้รับคำอธิบายที่สมเหตุสมผลจาก Ctrip และสุดท้าย Ctrip ก็ไม่ได้รับคำอธิบายที่สมเหตุสมผลจากโรงแรม เป็นผลให้เราสูญเสียค่าใช้จ่ายไปมากกว่าครึ่งหนึ่งซึ่งมีมูลค่ามากกว่า 590 หยวน เนื่องจากทัศนคติของโรงแรมไม่ดีและขาดการสื่อสารจึงไม่อย่างยิ่ง แนะนำ.因为信任携程优享会推荐4钻酒店，但去到现场没有招牌，没有接待，没有停车场，连个接待的人都没有。只有一个哥楼上楼下到处跑。第一时间打电话给携程申请订单取消，因为1200元的酒店连个招牌、前台都没有，严重货不对板。于是携程打电话和短信给酒店，酒店方人员现场告诉我他们不会接听电话那天晚上，这样的不知道有没有资质的酒店,这样的服务让我们夫妻感觉到人身安全得不到保证，于是为了安全，凌晨12点再次消费1400元入住希尔顿酒店。投诉已经二天得不到携程网合理的解释，携程最终也得不到酒店的合理解释，最后我们损失了590多的一半费用。由于酒店态度差不沟通，强烈不推荐。

Had quite a hard time with this booking. 1. They had issues with digital key at check in (had to wait for about 40 minutes in front of the door, before someone come and help with a manual card) the issue was fixed after check in time. 2. Pre arrival I asked for my birthday decorations there was none (this may not be available and that is okay) , I asked for a higher level and not facing other apartments for personal reasons, they put me in the lowest level (???) facing apartment , I just feel like they don’t care about requests and did not even try to accommodate clients. 3. They said parking available, however you have to pay (it’s not mentioned) but everytime I would ask they would say it is full. There should be a parking spot reserved for clients since I booked this location especially because parking was listed as “available” 4. The washer machine stopped working as I was trying to wash the bedsheets, it stayed stuck during the whole trip as no technician was available. Thankfully, staff brought a set of new bedsheets In overall it was not a bad experience at Werfy in terms of the space itself, but kind of frustrating with everything happening around!

Griffintown location was really good. The hotel room was clean. However, we had a terrible check-in experience. The digital key did not work and we had to wait a very long time for staff to pick up our call. We couldn't park in our parking spot because the FOB was in the room and we couldn't get in since the digital key didn't work. We had to stay outside the hotel for a very long time (in the rain) until someone picked up the phone and sent us someone to physically open our room. The digital key did not work several times during our stay, so we had to call/text and wait for staff to reset it multiple times. We were afraid to leave the room because we weren't sure if we were going to be able to get back in due to the key problem.

The room was very clean and spacious which accommodated our group perfectly. The only complaint I have is about the parking. You need to park your car on the street for a little while, while they get your parking sorted for you. When you get down to the parking garage you loose service so any questions you have won’t be delivered, and the elevator you take down to the parking garage isn’t the same one you take back up. You need to walk through the parking garage to another elevator to another building, go up to their main floor then exit that building, walk back to your hotel building and then take another elevator. Why can you take the elevator down but not back up? Anyways I would stay again but thought this information would be useful for others so they don’t end up as confused as I was!

The hotel locates opposite to a small garden with quiet neighbourhood. Yet it's close to bus stops and eateries. The closest supermarket is 10 minutes walk away, while the Metro Station Peel is 30 minutes away by foot. The room was spacious, equipped with sufficient kitchenettes, a sofa, dinning table with chairs, and washing machine. However one should be reminded only to book the room with garden view. Otherwise you would has to pull the curtain down always in order to keep your privacy from the next building. Please be aware that a reachable phone no. is necessary for registration online. No luggage storage before check in, nor after check out.

Doesn’t have any room service and don’t change towels bed sheets and

We have stayed here a few times and love it.  We cook, take walks, bring our dog, go to the bakeries and coffeeahops within walking distance.  What’s not to love?
