It was a beautiful atmosphere, I enjoy the services. I must say it was excellent. The food was great, it was really fresh, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Overall, the compound was relaxing. I am looking forward to returning soon.

The customer service was bad the people was not friendly no elevator no elevator The was nasty and picked over Pool close early The food was disgraceful

Great location and great view from room. The rooms have a lot to be desired. They are old and somewhat dirty. Although that may add to the charm for some people. Great view from the room , decent buffet okay Snack bar, staff was in the restaurant a friendly although I found at times the reception staff were slow and not the most pleasant. It was disappointing when I needed to change for my taxi but they didn’t have any to give me and I had to overpay my taxi driver from the airport. In addition to that this hotel charges more $20 to get to the airport then the normal taxi services do. I’m not gonna say that it’s a horrible stay but unfortunately my expectations were not met by a long shot . Good value for the price though I guess

Really poor service from start I had to wait hours to check in and the room had a damp smell and thd bathroom would flood when using the shower due to ongoing block drains

Friendly staff, excellent service , and fantastc sea view witch many activities nearby.Lots of photo opportunities. Inclusive drinks and food were ok, but would like more authentic Jamaican cuisine options.

The service was excellent from the reception area to the food area. We really enjoyed our stay. The food was a bit limited but it got better because we were able to dine over the other property with more options. Room and everywhere was clean.
