Good location with 5-min walk to train station. Can easily get around by bus stops nearby. The room is functional, spacious, and clean. Staffs are friendly and attentive to ensure good experience of your stay.

My stay at the hotel was exceptionally pleasant. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. Staff members were friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. The breakfast offered a delightful variety. I appreciated the convenient location and peaceful atmosphere. Overall a highly satisfying experience for my trip.

The location is great, comes with valet parking which is a great deal to have in the city. Walking distance to the Christmas markets and ******. Great service for children as they are the only hotel who provided my child toys to play with.  The lady who helped us check in mentioned a free upgrade which seems not really, as the room fits the room description that I booked. So I was confused but it made me very happy initially. Only suggestion is to have easier navigation to the hotel and more food variety to their breakfast menu.

Great location and value for money , breakfast was a bit chaotic even though it was not busy, they kept running out of items and queues for coffee machine . Basic room but clean and fresh, horrible mattress protector was just a piece of plastic

Excellent stay. I had the best view and best view for the bay and sunrise. Having morning Americano at the balcony overlooking the sea and enjoy the sunshine made my birthday perfect.

Really it’s so good but the air conditioning in the restroom no working and the windows no open. But everything is ok and personal working is friendly.
