Excellent location, spacious accommodation for a whole family, space to chill and have broad games. Breakfast is so so… but there are many options for lunch and dinner. Pool and hot tub are fun. The trails nearby are great!!!

In general, in Canada there doesn't exist what the real meaning of customer service is. Canada would be another much more prosperous country if they would study and learn about CUSTOMER SERVICE. In addition, For the last 5 years I have seen that there are even less hotels that really clean the rooms. They are copying the worst from the hotels in the United States. I stayed 3 nights and after Three times I called them, they thought they cleaned the room. They didn't do anything. They barely pulled up the blankets pretending they made the bed. Other than that they didn't do anything. They just passed for the room one time And I paid 330 CAD each night

Excellent location in the heart of village near gandola. Spacious rooms. We booked loft which was very spacious. Breakfast was served fresh everyday. Best experience over all.

great location in the heart of the touristic part of Mont Tremblant. Property is a bit old but comfortable & well maintained. There is no gym. Grocery, gas stations & gym are a 15 min drive away so having a car is highly recommended to see the area properly. Rooms are comfortable and clean albeit dated.

Nice place good location to live in

Excellent location. Minutes away from luge car, trails and the Cabriolet Lift. Full equipped kitchen.

I did not receive a checkout receipt of the stay in spite of many phone calls and assurances it would be done. The property did provide a room with a walk in shower helpful for my wife's needs. The room was good. The morning breakfast was marginal.

Proximity to the activities

Stayed here for the first time. Overall a decent place. We reserved a queen bed room suite however the bed was a double. Very small for 2 people. The location is great. Breakfast buffet is good considering it’s included. Over all a decent stay.

Very old rooms

房間分2層，睡床在上層很寧靜，有廚房且廚具齊全，方便自家煮食。泳池旁有Hot Spa。酒店一出就是小鎮，地點十分好。泊車需$27+tax。

C’était très bien. L’emplacement était idéal pour ceux qui veulent rester au village piétonnier. Au plein cœur de tout. Le petit déjeuner d’inclus est très pratique et agréable. Nous avons bien aimé notre séjour.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l’accueil du personnel lors de notre check-in. La chambre était spacieuse, confortable et très propre. Nous avons également pu profiter des espaces piscine et spa, qui ont été grandement appréciés. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, avec un accès direct au village, aux restaurants et au pied de la montagne et de ses activités.
