ห้องสวีท ห้องนั่งเล่น และห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่ มีเตียงใหญ่ทั้งหมด 2 เตียง ซึ่งนอนสบายมาก สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า แต่สุขาภิบาลดีมาก ห่างจากตัวเมืองเพียงเล็กน้อย มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่เดิน 15 นาที

Had a lovely week at the Grand Hotel Royal. It's a gem of a hotel which provided our base for a weeks stay. This was our second stay in Viareggio having previously stayed at the Grand Hotel Principe Di Piemonte which is a 5 star hotel close by. The Grand Hotel Royal was pretty much a match and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hotel and the friendliness and help of all the staff who went out of there help to provide excellent service. I had the need to attend a local hospital and the concierge staff were quick to advise and arrange for transportation to the hospital. We had a couple of days staying local, enjoying the hotel pool and table tennis and a few days taking day (train) trips to Florence, Sienna and Cinque Terre which was a fantastic day out and worth the 18 Euros day card available from the station at La Spezia which enables you travel between all of the 5 beautiful villages on the line. We did all of the villages in about 6 hours using the trains. All in all a fantastic holiday in a quality hotel with super helpful staff all within the beautiful towns and villages of Tuscany. What more could you ask for?

โรงแรมไม่ได้แย่นัก แต่อยู่ห่างจากชายหาดเพียง 600 ม. แต่พนักงานเป็นสิ่งที่ไม่เป็นมิตรที่สุดที่ฉันเคยพบมา! เครื่องปรับอากาศที่ไม่ทํางาน (อุณหภูมิกลางแจ้งมากกว่า 30 องศา) และฝาชักโครกหลวมที่ฉันรายงานจาก 2.Tag ที่แผนกต้อนรับไม่ได้เสนอจนกว่าเราจะออกเดินทาง นอกจากนี้ยังมีห้องอื่นในสถานที่นี้ ข้อบกพร่องที่ยิ่งใหญ่กว่า! ฉันคุ้นเคยกับโรงแรมเมอร์เคียวประเภทอื่นและพนักงาน ฉันไม่ต้องการพูดถึงคุณภาพการเลือกและการนําเสนอของอาหารเช้า ไม่มีใครป่วยทําให้ฉันประหลาดใจ S*****es และชีสที่ยังไม่เย็นและเปิดบนจานและเนยเกือบจะเป็นของเหลว

เราเข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นเวลา 3 คืน ระหว่างไปงานแต่งงานที่ลูคก้า เราได้จัดรถรับส่งจากโรงแรมจากสนามบินพิซซ่าเมื่อเดินทางมาถึง น่าเสียดายที่แผนการเดินทางของเราลดลงเป็นความวุ่นวายเนื่องจากการโจมตีการขนส่งอิตาลีในนาทีสุดท้าย เมื่อเที่ยวบินของเราถูกยกเลิกในที่สุดเราก็ได้พบเที่ยวบินไป Bergamo ห่างออกไป 4 ชั่วโมง ตลอดทั้งวัน ผมอีเมล์ไปทางโรงแรมเพื่อปรับปรุงความยากลําบากของเราและได้รับคําตอบที่รวดเร็วและเป็นประโยชน์ทุกครั้ง ขอบคุณ Claudia! เมื่อเรามาถึงโรงแรมในที่สุด เกือบ 12 ชั่วโมง กว่าที่คาดไว้ เราได้รับการอัพเกรดเป็นห้องสวีท ซึ่งเป็นท่าทางที่ใส่ใจมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ภายในกําแพงได้อย่างลงตัวและได้รับการดูแลและตกแต่งอย่างสวยงาม ห้องพัก สะอาด ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา อ่าง น้ํา น้ําไหล ไหล ไหล ไหล ไหล ไหล ไหล ไหล จุดประสงค์ของการเข้าพักของเราคือเพื่อเข้าร่วมงานแต่งงานซึ่งเกิดขึ้นในช่วงสองวัน น่าเศร้านี้หมายถึงเวลาของเราในโรงแรมน่ารักและลูคก้าที่สวยงามนี้ สั้นเกินไป พนักงานที่จัดอาหารเช้า(ผู้หญิงคนนึงแต่โชคร้ายที่ไม่รู้จักชื่อ) ช่วยเหลือดี เป็นกันเอง และมีประสิทธิภาพในการเสิร์ฟอาหารเช้า เราประทับใจทั้ง Lucca และ Hotel Ilaria มาก ทั้งตัวและสามีจะกลับไปพักผ่อนอีกแน่นอนเมื่อไม่มีการจราจรมาลงมือรับมือกับ

I must have started this review about 5 times because I don't really want to be negative, but then again I don't want to be positive either! We stayed here for one night, and it was enough - much like Pisa itself I feel - one day/night is enough! The location is well out of Pisa - taxi will cost in the region of €25, but if you like the idea of their thermal pools, saunas, etc it's worth it. Our room was a split level - bed above the en-suite with a decent sitting/chilling area downstairs. However I use the term ”chilling” ironically because the AC couldn't get near coping - despite having it working as hard as it could for the entire stay, it only managed to cool the room by less than one degree celsius. Opening the windows didn't help, but they opened into a corridor anyway, so privacy was a concern. Once you actually see a member of staff in the thermal baths/spa area (they seem to be rather sp**** and stay hidden - pretty sure I read that in someone else's review), they are lovely, but I genuinely felt awkward asking them to show us around - which is what the hotel receptionist had told us to ask! When we checked in, we were informed of a ”party” being hosted on the terrace that evening with food (not beverages) costing €90 each. We may have been tempted, but decided that given we were only there for one night, we'd eat in Pisa itself. On returning to the hotel we grabbed a couple of drinks at the bar and were invited (by who appeared to be the Food and Beverage manager) to enjoy our drinks on the terrace with the live music still playing - this was lovely and very thoughtful - certainly the highlight of our stay at the hotel. All in all, it's somewhat aged and needs a bit of TLC, possibly understaffed a little, and in a rural location. That said, the staff are very good and the location makes it wonderfully peaceful and relaxing. The thermal baths are beautiful and somewhat unique so it's very ”different” and for a night-or-two, you can't go wrong. I don't regret booking it, and if the AC had worked, so would probably have been a far more positive review.

First impression is somehow modest. Still, you get used to it and then you see that it is clean (I believe they are changing the sheets every other day), the staff is really friendly and helpful. The location is good, next to the beach (you would better choose Bagno Amore instead of what they recommend - even with the discount - Bagno Elisabetta - a bit cheaper and more space next to the water to play). If the weather is nice, the breakfast is on the roof (which is super nice). Some enhancements could be done: a more diversely breakfast, management could see some things that need to be addressed such as part self service breakfast to reduce frustration, shower space and shower hose not only shower head, extra space in the bathroom for toothbrush, nicer light fixtures and so on. All in all, the price is fair for what you get.

แม้ว่าจะเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาว แต่ก็คล้ายกับโรงแรมฟาสต์โฮเทลในประเทศ ห่างจากตัวเมืองเล็กน้อย เดิน 20 นาที บริเวณโดยรอบอยู่ระหว่างการก่อสร้างและสภาพแวดล้อมไม่ดี ที่ชั้น 1 มีตะกร้าขยะอยู่นอกหน้าต่าง ห้องเล็ก อาหารเช้าโอเค ไม่มีผัก

Trovata x caso prima telefonata e già dalla voce ho capito subito e non ho più cercato altro. A Stefano gli ho fatto un sacco di domande visto che sono andata in compagnia di mia mamma con delle serie problematiche di salute ed il mio intento è renderla felice..... Le mie sensazioni hanno avuto ragione. È anche grazie a Stefano a Brunella ed a tutto lo staff compreso il mitico cagnolino Zigghy ed il favoloso gattone Sono riusciti a renderla felice. Infatti abbiamo chiesto se era possibile rimanere una giornata in più e per fortuna sono riusciti ad accontentarci. Oltre all'ottima camera, pulizia ed alla favolosa colazione,... c'è molto di più... Quello che rende questo posto una favola sono : la loro professionalità, gentilezza, simpatia e semplicità ( percepisci subito l'amore che hanno per il proprio lavoro e che fanno di tutto per farti stare bene.) Ti senti veramente come a casa e super coccolate . Respiri aria pura immersi in una tranquillità spettacolare. Insomma....ancora GRAZIE Ci ritorneremo sicuramente🙏❤️
