We had a great experience with the hotel. Our bedroom was lovely and spacious. The staff was gentle and we enjoyed the attractions and activities in the space. Two things could be improved for a 5 star hotel: the shower was not so good and the beverages in the breakfast were cheap. All in all, great cost benefit.

This is our third year at this hotel - suites are fabulous, extremely clean and well equipped.  All the staff are friendly, efficient and very professional.  Facilities are excellent including the Spa which is exceptional and to a very high standard.  Breakfasts provide everything that anyone could wish for a great start to the day.  Will certainly be returning!

Booked a panoramic balcony suite - room was fantastic all you could need, x2 bathrooms, kitchenette, living area and large bed and balcony with views. The buffet breakfast had a wide range of choices and was to high standard and well stocked - really enjoyed it ! I ate a snack on the evening in the mezzanine bar, it was ok but not amazing. The quality of the red wine and attentive service in the bar was very good. Checkin and out quick and very well organised and lovely communicative staff. My personal preferences, would be that in the evenings there is a buffet meal option, rather than pre booked restaurant or pizza as it is somewhat limiting. And minor but attention to details - a suggestion that the room stock only local/Portuguese products such as the water, should really be from Monchqiue... and provided toiletries felt a bit random a mix of English and Portuguese - felt a bit like what was just leftover rather than a collaboration and quality there. Overall excellent stay and will definitely be back.

Booked this hotel for a weekend getaway with my partner and we had an excellent experience. The onsite facilities were top-notch, from the relaxing spa to the suites. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast – it offered a wide variety of options, ensuring we had plenty of choices to start our day. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable escape.

Amazing service, accommodations and view.

Very confusing building planing,no map in elevators. All walls and corridors needs immediate repair. Hotel in overall is《tired》, it is screaming for the renovation in corridors. I rate cleanniness low only because of this. Swimming pools are all 1,5 m deep. Hotel is not suitable for couples, highly suggesting to search for other options. It is suitable for families with kids. Restaurants... we booked dinner in Pizzeria. Diavola pizza with 5 small pieces of sausages... Have you run out of ingredients?!

Spacious, clean rooms with fully equipped kitchen and separate bedroom. Free parking for all guests. Perfect view for the restaurant. Recommend to everyone who wants a decent rest and good vibes.

The resort provides a very beautiful complex just outside Portimao in Algarve district of Portugal. We were impressed by the facilities on site and the food provided. Their staffs , in particular Mr.Joao Figueira, were so friendly and helpful that we were able to move around all facilities with no difficulties.

Excellent location. Very attentive, friendly and professional service. Spacious, well equipped and beautifully decorated rooms. Sensory SPA, it was a great and relaxing experience. Breakfast with several options to choose from and with a lot of quality. Great outdoor pools, one of them covered and heated for those colder days. Realy hard to get out of there! Activities organized by the resort, we chose a walk that was very worthwhile.
