I came to the hotel and trip.com doesn’t send my reservation to the hotel. It took long time till I get the room even I showed the receptionist my proofs of reservation by mail and the trip.com apps but the could not find my reservation and payment under my name. The day after when I checked out the receptionist asked me to pay and I have to explained from the very beginning again??? What a chaotic system between the trip.com ans Leonardo Hotel Monchengladbach-Germany!

Pretty Good location and nice neigh hood , very good service and food are good.

Clean room, friendly staff, and convenient location, sauna room and good coffee station for free coffee and tea. Recommend to stay here.

商務出差，前台服務太棒啦，貼心，喜歡大廳的沙發，還有有免費的咖啡，太得我心了！哈哈哈…店家生意興隆，紅火火火！

房間挺大，還不錯

酒店還不錯，屬於當地的連鎖酒店，有點類似於國內的維也納吧。設施還可以，管理也比較規範，價格也不是特別貴。距離市中心差不多半個小時的車程。
