Really nice as all Marconi hotel chain all over Germany and Europe, modern style hotel with sublime rooms and really nice social area, one of the best hotel in Germany

酒店還不錯，屬於當地的連鎖酒店，有點類似於國內的維也納吧。設施還可以，管理也比較規範，價格也不是特別貴。距離市中心差不多半個小時的車程。

Ich war gemeinsam mit Freunden in diesem Hotel, auf Grund einer Eheschließung:) hervorragende Aussicht zum Schloss, ruhige Lage. Nette Mitarbeiter, die sehr viel Geduld mit uns hatten:). Bis auf die Einrichtung, ist das Hotel Empfehlenswert:)

The house keeping staff totalt failed by waiking is up just past 8 am by trying to enter our room while beeing asleap. Later tried agan, but totally failing to clearing the room for the entire day, despite the green sign hanging on the room door. Upon coming back to the Hotel quarter to midnight (finding the uncleared room), the night receptionist said “it’s not my fault” and “you should have asked for the room to be cleaned when leaving the hotel”. So more and less no responsibility was recognised and - cased closed. We again told about the details to the receptionist next morning, and finally someone showing some reaction to what happened - but no compensation was offered and no management present on a Sunday.

Overall the facilities were good however I did expect a room with a double and single bed and had a room with 2 single beds. 502. I was surprised that the room was cleaned during the stay 2 nights.

Great location, 5-10mins wall into town, large church opposite. There’s water to help yourself to on arrival. Vending machine is very pricey! Rooms pleasant and clean. Can’t comment on food as didn’t eat there. Staff friendly.

Good location, a short walk from the main square and transport hub. If staying here to attend the football it is about a 40 minute walk (up hill) to get to Borussia Park

This hotel was a scam, looks nothing like the pictures online. Old hotel , everything is outdated. Too small comforters. And they even charge you to use the iron .. smh! It’s also a very expensive taxi ride from the airport.

The room reserved was not available at check in and not provided for two days. Hotel blamed the room issue on *******. US residents should know that AC is centrally controlled and was not available during our stay. The restaurant was very good.

Spacious rooms, plenty of convenient self-parking on premises, good breakfast buffet, and good location. The only not-so-good experience was using the soap dispensers. They are hard to squeeze and, therefore, not user friendly for guests with arthritis (like us). Otherwise, recommended!

This is a very clean hotel with spacious and clean rooms. The rooms look modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful. the breakfast is also top and is nicely supplemented. There is also enough parking space at the hotel. Center is also close by. We will definitely come back! Great service!
