Buona posizione perchè vicina alla stazione. Buon 3 stelle ma non 4. Bagno molto piccolo, colazione varia, personale gentile e disponibile!

La climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, la porte de notre chambre pouvait s'ouvrir sans clé, pas de papier WC, le personnel très dépassé pour l'organisation

El baño para gente grande es bastante justo… La atención del recepcionista es pésima, sin ganas de trabajar y encima aparcamos las motos en la zona del parking para clientes y nos dijo que las teníamos que quitar de ahí porque no se podía aparcar, una hora más tarde había dos coches aparcados y resulta que para ese coche si que se podía aparcar… No te da ni las buenas noches al llegar. Por lo demas, el hotel calidad-precio está bastante bien

Hotel, da non chiamarsi tale, Camera sprovvista di Aria Condizionata in una giornata di 35 gradi. Alla richiesta di cambio camera mi propongono altra camera senza aria condizionata con temperatura interna superiore. Frigobar non funzionante, capelli dappertutto. Lavoranti inesperte e inefficienti. Nessun responsabile presente. Avrebbero dovuto avvisare oppure riproteggermi in altra struttura a loro spese. Bagno minuscolo e non funzionante bene la doccia. Colazione passabile. Da evitare completamente. Rapporto qualità prezzo pessima.

I stayed here as a last minute booking due to our flight back being cancelled so we had to reschedule for a flight the next day. The bed was comfortable enough for the one night and the location of the hotel to the station was perfect. I left the hotel very early the following day to get to the airport and the reception was very helpful in arranging for a taxi to collect me. In rushing that morning I accidentally left a bag of clothes and personal items and didn't realise until getting onto the plane! I contacted the hotel who organised the safe and efficient return of my items which I cannot thank them more for! Their efficient and professional communication put me at ease and had my personal belongings back to the UK within a week so a massive thank you for your kindness and help. I would definitely return here for this reason.

Fantastico!! We had the best time. The location is perfect for visiting Venice the train station is 2 minutes walk. ( IF it's your first time seeing Venice go on the train 😉) There are a number of bars, ect, in Mogliano, it's a lovely place The hotel staff were awesome every one of them. Extremely helpful . They were the icing on the perfect trip.

The hotel enjoys a convenient location in close proximity to the station. While the rooms are satisfactory, it is truly the exceptional staff who elevate the overall experience. Notably, Mary and an incredibly helpful tall gentleman, whose name unfortunately escapes me, went above and beyond to assist us. A shining example of their dedication was when we found ourselves lost in the middle of the night. Mary, demonstrating her unwavering commi**ent to guest satisfaction, promptly arranged for her husband to come to our rescue since there were no available taxis at that late hour. Their remarkable service truly made a lasting impression.

I stayed alone but treated myself to a room with a balcony. The room was very clean, quite dated but a perfect base to go out and explore the surrounding areas. I was a little disappointed that the description on love holidays website didn’t really live up to the reality. I wasn’t told about any spa or restaurant partnerships the hotel had and to be honest it is a very basic hotel which could do with some money being spent on it however the location is perfect and the staff are very friendly and I think cleanliness is the most important which the rooms are. I wouldn’t say it’s a hotel you would want to spend a lot of time in as there isn’t much facility wise and the breakfast was very very basic so I wouldn’t recommend that. The coffee is nice though and I particularly loved how peaceful and cool the rooms are so your guaranteed a good nights sleep. All in all 6/10 due to peaceful location and friendly staff. Also I wouldn’t rely on the shuttle bus suggested on the website as there isn’t one just private contract with a local driver charging 50 euro a trip to the airport. You can of course get the train which is on your doorstep but I personally was conscious of getting lost! So I didn’t mind paying more for a lift.

Easy access to Venezia from here and there are some restaurants nearby. I found breakfast to be a reasonable at 8 EUR given other options. The American big breakfast doesn’t exist in a lot of European cities. The hotel has a lot of desert options for breakfast to give you the energy boost, but they also have eggs and bacon (not crisp) cooked up. The room is small, but sufficient. My only challenge with the room is it was south facing so it got pretty hot and the hotel hadn’t turned on the A/C yet; the thermostat in my room didn’t activate it. If I opened the balcony door it let in the mosquitoes, so I tolerated the heat.

The staff were lovely, we stayed in a family room, good size. We did keep finding ants in our room, everywhere. The security of the building could have been better, the balcony door looked like the lock had been busted off and didn’t look very safe etc. We paid £30 for breakfast for 4 days when booking, they have a large selection, you can ask for eggs and bacon (wouldn’t advise). The location was very good, you are a 2 minute walk from the train station, the ladies at the help centre where very helpful and you can turn the ticket machines to suit your language so very helpful, also very cheap. You are walking distance from a little town with lots of cafes and restaurants. Beware if you booking through a holiday site that this hotel is not in Venice.
