This is hands down the best hotel in Moab! We loved our stay in a suite overlooking the pool—super spacious, bright, comfy, and quiet. The bathroom was huge, with both a tub and a walk-in shower. Plus, the spacious balcony with chairs and a small table was a great spot to relax. The location is perfect—close to Main Street but away from all the traffic. We really enjoyed the on-site Josie Wyatt's Restaurant and Bar; the food was great, and we ate there a few times. Since we visited in August, it was awesome to cool off in the pool after our hikes in the parks. We’ll definitely be back on our next trip to Moab!
This stay was magical. We had such a wonderful stay at the Casitas. It was absolutely perfect for our little family. We were able to cook dinner and bake cookies in our kitchen while playing games, watching movies and just relaxing. It was so comfortable in the casitas that we almost failed to make it into the national parks, our main purpose for visiting Moab. The staff was super kind and accommodating and made our stay extra special. Truly, we made an excellent memory with our family and were so glad we picked the Casitas at the Hoodoo Moab for our lodging. I would 100% go back and recommend anyone staying in Moab to stay at the casitas. A special shout out to Lisa Knight, General Manager who runs a wonderful hotel. We can tell that all the details are being looked at and the staff are all incredibly trained.
This place rocks!! The location is amazing and the facilities are on point. It’s not very often that my wife asks me if we could stay an additional night and this was a place that we would have done this at if we didn’t have a tight schedule. The room and amenities were clean and updated. The breakfast was amazing. Auto pancake maker, sausage, eggs, biscuits and gravy were delicious along with the other breakfast items. I’ll be staying here next chance I get.
JJeepgirl7320We spent 5 days here for our off roading with our Jeep and visits to Arches , Canyonlands NP and Dead Horse State park. Every front desk person was friendly, helpful and informative, shout out to Marcos, Vinny, the 2 younger gals with dinner suggestions and the breakfast attendants! Nice sized room, good toiletries, bed was a bit uncomfortable and they were able to rectify that without us having to move. We filled out a slip for necessities needed and hung on our door by 9 am, worked out well and they will make up room if requested. 2 washers and dryers that run at $2.50 each, I bought a roll of quarters from Vinny, started laundry at 6:30 AM because evenings were usually occupied. Coffee is available all day in the atrium which was much appreciated especially after coming back in around 3-4 in the afternoon and needing a pick me up. Lemon water was also available. Toiletries were squeeze bottles in the shower and lotion by the sink, very dry out there so I was glad to have the lotion as I would have run out of mine! Fridge, no freezer, microwave, nice sofa with chaise lounger in our king room. Plenty of room to spread out in, did walk about 6-10 blocks at night for dinner, as this hotel is on the main drag but not right downtown. Less than 10 minutes to Arches entry. Would stay again.
Agree with the last reviewer. Parking lot of RVs. Got to room, bathroom not cleaned, other people’s hair in shower. Faucet broken in bathroom. Bathroom barn door isn’t level so door doesn’t stay closed. A/C loud. No bedside lamp. Fragrance diffusers so strong they make you nauseous. Tiny room with bed and basically no where to walk or place luggage. Doors so loud that you wake up every time a neighbor comes or goes. Biggest pet peeve - no pillow cases on two of four bed pillows. Had to ask for room to be serviced next morning which I realize is becoming more of a norm but still missing pillowcases and random hair in shower after being serviced. I realize this isn’t a luxury hotel and don’t have high expectations but this was rough. Nicest thing I can say is that the staff was polite. The breakfast area bright and well attended.
